a brand new apartment is the only advantage. Staff are nice. water in bath room didn't drain properly. Air conditioner is not efficient. No instruction sheet such as telephone directory, hotel introduction etc. It do near BTS station but nothing to see around. If you just stay in bangkok for trans, it is a good choose.
Restaurant Tip : you can find some local food stalls at the back of the hotel. A Local hotpot buffet is also available just besides the hotel

5 mins walk to Phra Kanong BTS (but you gotta jaywalk one busy road). Only one stop tp Ekkamai BTS (if you intend to take bus to Pattaya). 7 Eleven nearby. Clean hotel, It has free internet access, 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport. Friendly staff (one of the concierge speaks very good english). The room is rather dull (no decoration at all), not as seen on the picture. My room was facing the main road so it's rather noisy even during midnight. The bathtub on my room was having a heavy leakage so I had to move to the room next to it. A little bit far from CBD area and very hard to flag a cab because of the heavy traffic. If your intention is to have easy access to the main attraction in Bangkok, I wouldn't suggest to book this hotel for your stay since it simply has nothing interesting around this area, but this is the place you can consider if you just simply wanna find a clean place to stay with easy access to BTS. The breakfast that I had was the same (egg, sausage, and ham) every single day because it has already prepared by the staff although you can choose what type of egg that you want (not buffet). It's damn far from the famous Chatuchak weekend market (like from one corner to another).
Restaurant Tip : There are a lot of good traditional thai food nearby with just about 25 baht. It's tasty and it's by the road.

Situated in a not so safe area of Banckok.
Noisy at the front of hotel. No view from room window. Only has 5 floors. Breakfast same food every morning. Not a good hotel for elderly couple. I don't feel safe walking outside the hotel. Hotel is new and has clean room. but air-con. is poorly situated and the air blows directly on you whilst you sleep. B/F poor Hotel food - POOR.
