Well equipped, many facilities
Many facilities, nice design, overall quite clean and friendly staff

It was all right, the hotel has many facilities such as sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, etc, and the hotel rooms open with a key card. They gave us two key cards for the room and upgraded us to a deluxe room at no extra cost when there was a mistake in the booking with agoda. I was particularly happy with this! My room had both bathtub and shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool. It was quiet since our room was at the end of the corridor. The hotel itself is rather near Phra Khanong station, just about 5 minutes away if you walk. It gets rather quiet around the area at night (not to mention dark and creepy), but the hotel is really quite safe. I wish they gave us more pillows.
The breakfast wasn't that great, though. They have a buffet breakfast but it's not your average American buffet breakfast. I was a bit disappointed to find oily fried spicy noodles and some other asian food; I'm a big fan of scrambled eggs and cheese, both of which they didn't have.

nice rooms , close to shops and sky train reccommend to anyone
Shopping Tip:
great shopping centers along road , peak hour is best to get the sky train to avoid sitting in a taxi or not being able to get one at all.

5 - 10 mins walk to the sky train station. The staff are very polite.
Breakfast is in buffet and nice. There are ants on the table and very irritated. Hotel should take action on this.
The window of my room 404 is closely facing the other room's window that have to close the curtain all the time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to sky train.

clean, nice and quiet
Nice architectural details like built-ins, crown molding, bright colors, close to sky train system that can take you major shopping centers like siam and mbk,too far from downtown to see wata run, national museum, the river
8.7
Good price for the money, nice, cozy, great swimming pool and sauna with steam room, however with one Japanese restaurant on site and one coffee shop across the street, with some street stalls around, not much to see within walking distance but close enough to sky train to get around, like 30 baht can take you to Siam shopping center within 5 minutes, 3-4 stops and you can get to 4 th floor food court that will take your breath away! And no solicitors or dirty busy stalls with clothes around like around Baiyoke suit hotel. If you want to stay in the heart of Bangkok and in the middle of hassle and bustle recommend Shangri-La hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do get hotel' card with address and map for taxi drivers, they all have trouble finding it and sometimes mistakes for same name hotel closer to town.

location is good and bad, close to skytrain but an old fairly dirty part of bangkok. the hotel is well appointed and the breakfast was about as good as it gets in hotels of this class, all in all very nice stay.
