Average hotel with reasonable price

The location was ok. couple stations from the downtown, 5-10 munites walk to the train station from the hotel. good stuff with pretty clean building. Considering the room price, this is good options for business man.

Poor location and for us appeared badly managed
Rooms are larger than normal and have a washing machine.

don't stay at this hotel as there are plenty of better options in bangkok!! they even managed to not clean our room two days in a row. the assistant manager - he said there was no manager - appeared to us to be not up to the task. the only salvation was a lady on the front desk - apparently new to the staff - who clearly did try to assist us.

very good english speaker, nice lobby with quite good wifi

nice hotel, lobby big and clean, free coffee n tea self service, and computers provide for guests with free of charges, convenient location nearby mrt with less than 3minutes distance and one small local cafe next to hotel with cheap price of food but nice and delicious,
one english people work for this hotel, no problem for english, but very big problem for take a quite long time to waiting room keys after submit all documents for check-in, i spent more than 30minutes only for waiting the room keys,
same as america, if you complain, they may upgrade your room, haha
anyhow, wait too long, but overall the comment is (((nice and acceptable)))

Quite convenient to go anywhere

I particularly like the spacious follyer, and guest has rooms to relax. there is also jacuzzi and sauna in the restroom near the swimming pool. Plenty to eat for breadfast, except for the lack of smile and interaction from most of the staff, including the manager. However, even without much personal service, my 7 days stay were comfortable, I will stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take skytrain train to Sapthong Taksin BTS station, where the river cruise starts, only 18 bahts to the very end Nonthaburi.
along the way, you get to enjoy the view along the river.

Nice Hotel but a little too far

The hotel is very nice but the location is not too good. eventhough is near to BTS station Phra Kanong but it's far from every where and no restaurant arround. the convinience store is close at 11 PM.

Feel luxurious calm in the palm tree court yard
Spacious, comfortable and high-end rooms, with a beautiful court yard, right besides the BTS in Sukhumvit and a great very fresh and healthy breakfast

We enjoyed the comfortable hotel with great breakfast and a nice fitness area, and the beautiful court yard. Especially with the agoda price it was really a great deal and experience!
