It's closed BTS station-exit 4. It only takes 5mints to walk to the hotel. But you have to cross a big road and it's hard to cross. I have got a free wifi and breakfast. I will stay again next time when I in Bangkok. I think They can also provide service in Japanese

this hotel exceeded our expectations. big reception area with very wonderful breakfast buffet (with different varieties of dishes everyday). room was big and wonderful with bathtub and separate shower area. very large bed and very comfortable too. had to place a deposit of though. location at phra kanong bts is abit off and nothing much in the vicinty but room more than make up for the location. had a good gym but couldn't really find the sauna room.

they do not know how to treat people from a customer cervice stand point. English is not really understood as well. i requested early check in and i had to still wait for four hours to get a room.

hotel situated in residential area. not many tourist attractions around. otherwise walking distance to bts, a few stations away from siam & mbk centres. breakfast was not the best, recommend eating elsewhere. the croissants were nice though

Pleasant Surprise with a few remarks

i booked the executive city view because the discount put it down till about bht per night and considering all things together i think this is the fair price the room should be valued at.
when stepping in the lobby i surrounded in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere which i personally like alot. the staff was friendly from day 1 till the day i had to check out and they were very helpful.
the hotel is build as a square around a courtyard where the pool is located. this basicly results in rooms who have a view on this courtyard and rooms who are offering a city view. in both cases the view isn't all that because i booked a room with city view and it was located at the 4th floor and all i managed to see was the ally and the condo across it. considering there are only 7 floor this makes me wonder how to interpret 'city view'. maybe rooms located at a different side of the building are more lucky but i doubt it.
the better view is the courtyard but not by much as this courtyard looked badly maintained. maybe the lack of sunshine added to this as the sun can't reach the courtyard and pool because of the hotel's structure being build around it. maybe during summer, when the sun reaches a higher point in the sky, but i dare to doubt it!
the room was spacy and comfortable. the only issue i had was the wifi signal being cut off quite frequently although this happened more on my phone then laptop so it might have been a combination that resulted in being cut off.
the hotel does not have a restaurant which you can use whole day long. it only opens during the morning to offer breakfast and that is it. you can however eat at the adjacent japanse restaurant which can be accessed from the hotel's lobby
all in all the hotel surprised me in a pleasant way. it ain't perfect but for my needs it suited me just perfectly. i would not recommend this hotel to just anyone.
Travel tip:
At the lobby the hotel offers you a free refreshing drink...juice and tea
Visit the restaurant (Romancest it is called) located near the bridge to cross Sukhumvit Road. Remarkable good Thai kitchen and a good alternative for the lack of being able to use the hotel's restaurant during the day

Great stay- Almost everything's taken care of here. And the staff are friendly to help- be it getting a cab or giving travel advise. Importantly, very comfy rooms here. I'm a light sleeper and yet I'm able to sleep fine here.

Travelling with 5 kids needs several rooms however at this hotel these can be in separate buildings. Staff were not very friendly / helpful and declined to give me an access pass for the lift to access my 10yo daughter's room located in a separate building. Needless to say not happy at having no access to such a young child and it took a full blown argument with reception to finally get lift access to her floor. All very un-necessary.
Aside from that good room, reasonable pool, close to Skytrain to accessing the city was very easy making it actually a good location, good breakfast included. Limiting factors was no hotel restaurant / bar and very limited choices in the immediate neighbourhood
