nice hotel and convenient near to phra khanong bts station, rooms are clean and toilets are clean. location is a bit far from the shopping and eating places on sukhumvit road. there’s a better choice which is the hope land executive near phrom phong bts, it’s close to the main entertainment area on sukhumvit. this is more suitable for short stay or business trip
Restaurant Tip:
There's no restaurant and drinking places around the hotel, you'd better go to area around Nana BTS

Booked a pool view executive, was given a room with the view of a wall. How ironical!
There's a huge construction site next door, so if you like dust and noise for your stay, then go ahead. Looks like it will take another 2 years to finish.
Would never return to this cheater hotel.
Cant they employ proper English speakers by the way? The front desk boys are hopeless. All they give you in response to you questions are these empty looks in their eyes. Sigh...

the hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest bts. i'm especially particular about the cleaninss and hope land has did a great job. would recommend to anyone looking for value money place.

This has an area that is out of the crazy part of time. Ben, at the concierge desk, is super helpful. There is an ice coffee trolley to the right of the alley entrance door. Use them! the Skytrain is very accessible about 5 minutes away at normal walking speed and ability. There are plenty of little restaurants around to use, "romance" just outside and to the left, was very accomodating and good food. The pool was quite cool and very little sunlight gets in there. the gym was functional with two good treadmills and a couple of weight sets.

We had a party of 6 persons for our crazy bangkok trip and had a great time. Loved the decoration and location of the hotel. Friendly staff and would recommend to anyone. But what a pity that there were not so many restuarants to choose from but we loved our breakfast at the Hope Land Executive Residence Sukhumvit 46/1.
Restaurant Tip:
If u wanna try some thai food you can take a taxi to Silom road as we found our dishes there.
