aware that there are 2 hopeland hotel in bangkok!!

we mixed up with another hopeland hotel which is just 3 bts station away
room decoration is simple but not bad, overall in british style decor
breakfast is ok, various choices
very close to bts but the station is not in town center
budget hotel
almost no restaurant nearby (only one bar)
wifi need connect every hotel (2 devices per room)
swimming pool is extremely small and swallow, sauna room not turned on, jacuzzi inside is dirty static water
room is not clean with smoking smell
water pressure no good
bath tub is very small, barely fit for one slim and not tall person

Everything's was fine, apart from no available room to upgrade and also lack of commutation between staffs, I order taxi at night for next day in the morning and turn out no one known about it cause of night shift staff didn't say anything to day shift staffs?

Everything was good except food(restaurant)

If they change the restaurant(breakfast), that hotel can be much higher level up. we need a room service they didn't have room service system. In that case we had to contact the front desk. Don't use the hotel reccomend taxi driver.It's too expensive and dirty(higienically)

Fast intenet access, clean room and close proximity to BTS station.

The breakfast menu has a wide variety of food especially the salad bar and tim sum. Eggs were served very fresh and great coffee. Easy access to many spas in close proximity to hotel.

I thought I requested a non-smoking room but hotel said they didn't have any request and hotel booking was full. Room is samll and smelly. I don't want to come here again.
