The best of everything

Our stay at the Hope Land Executive Residence Sukhumvit 46/1 was pure delight. The suite was well designed with a pantry corner and big bathroom. The food was delicious. The overall atmosphere of the place was peaceful and just nearly the BTS. To top it off the staff were very attentive, polite and responded assertively to any requests I had. I would highly recommend the Hope Land Executive Residence Sukhumvit 46/1 suites to anyone looking for some indulgence and something special. Excellent hotel to stay and wonderful trip there..thank you.

Cheating service apartment phishing for more money

Travelers beware! I booked this hotel as it was listed as one of the cheapest 4 star places online. I didn't think it would turn out to be such a horrible experience. The staff wanted to charge me extra for a stained bedsheet. The stain was found to be caused by the bottom of a dirty floor rug used in the bathroom. As if I would be putting a bathroom floor rug on my bed!! Furthermore, the stain was so light and tiny that it took myself and the staff a good 10 minutes to find it. It wasn't even anything that a simple bleach could have cleared, but their housekeeping claimed that it was a permanent stain even though they have not even washed it at all! I simply refused to pay for any damages, even at a discounted price, since the damage was none of my doing at all! After the incident, I found other reviewers of this service apartment going through exactly the same experience as I had. So please be careful of these people trying to phish for more money from your stay.

Quote comfortable with the big room & quietness. Just that internet access is not that smooth & swimming pool is not as big & nice as what we think. Staffs is very friendly & attentive. Breakfast variety is too little. Good thing is there is one good spa/massage place nearby, some night stall/street foods, supermarket & shops around.

I was very pleasantly surprised
The best things about Hope Land was the location, the easy access to the airport (cost me less than 90 baht!), and the comfort and size of the rooms.

Good for family like hotel , short walk to BTS
Spacious bedroom cum kitchen, privacy and big toilet.

Generally okay except that not all the receptionists at the counter understand English. May have communication problem. A quiet place with no shopping centre in the vicinity. Only short distance walk about 10 minutes to Pra Khanong BTS to link up to other BTS like Asoke.
I feel that the room rate is pricey in view of the fact that there is no amenities in the vicinity and no tourist attraction. I don't think will go for this hotel again when I travel to Bangkok again.
