- Location wise is superb as it's centrally located in a walking distance from a mall and shopping area.
- Staff in cafe where breakfast served performed outstanding service.
- Room maintenance seems to be absent.
- Air con wasn't properly function. It's pretty hot and water leaking making the room a bit floody.
- Bathroom particularly bath tub not well maintained. Black fungus was found around bath tub.
Hotel needs to monitor its cleanliness and equipment.
