information in Japanese for Japanese tourists who does not know well about Bangkok or the one who prefer to read Japanese newspapers.
Facilities in a room are not so good compared with the room charge.
The Studio room I stayed was not so good. Facilities, especially ones in bathroom seems to be cheap. Maybe, this hotel is suitable for tourists from Japan who cannot speak English fluently. There are other better hotels and service apartments with the same price. So, it is not recommended to repeaters. Breakfast is also not so attractive for me. The distance to BTS station is also not close. If the room charge is cheaper it is worth trying to stay.

Lots of japanese always stay here.
You don't need to be worry if you are japanese.
It's a normal apartment.
It takes ten minutes to bts station.
Room is usually clean.

I use this hotel often and this time again I feel relaxed in Thailand. During my stay, all of the staff are very kind and any special requests from us are met without hesitation. The staff were very smiley and they listened to us.

Location - not bad on my business
Room is not clean, the room rate is a bit high, reception staffs are terrible and not friendly
As my visit to the city was on buseiness, for this purose the hotel was acceptable for me becuase of the location wise. However I don't recommend to the turist ecspeically for the short stay tarvellers as I judged it is not a hotel for tourist. The breakfast is not good. The hotel is good for just speep and for long stay visitors.

Its rooms and breakfast buffet are good.\nThe location is convenient to BTS station, eating and shopping.
Hopeland is just 5 minutes to BTS station and Sukhumvit road. You can easily find restaurants and shops around there. It has in-room wireless internet connection for free and coin-operated washer and dryer. Its breakfast buffet has enough selection. the large lobby area is good for meetings. Try it once and you will choose it again.
Hotel Feature Tip : It also has fitness facilities and sauna in it.

Nothing I can say about Hopeland's best features.
1. Bad staff attitude at reception desk, not helpful and inefficient.
2. Unclean and noise production in the guest room
Hopeland is the worst hotel for my past few years stay in Bangkok. The bad & unhelpful attitude of its front desk staff made me and my husband very annoying. When we get out from the lift, we need to walk in a long corridor and then climbed a few more stairs & walk into a corridor again then it reached to our room. The room is very dirty & the bed made me feeling itchy all over the night. It also created heavy noise when other room guests closing their doors heavily. I will never stay in such bad service apartment and will not recommend to my friends and even I will bad list this.

Very nice location. Free internet, the best was the service at breakfast. Never seen so kind and careful people.
room was too small. no table to sit and eat. sauna was switched off.
It is a reasonable price as it is in a very good location. For a longer stay and a room upgrade it will be my first choice. What you pay and what you get is absolutely fair. in the end we were very satisfied. Many complimentary service. Very helpful service. The gym is very big and the machines are new. Free towels at the gym. They take really good care of their guests.

- Reasonable price
- Best location
- Very clean and spacious room
- Free wireless everywhere in the hotel
- Limited variety of breakfast
- Tall bathtub
- No room service
- Most of foreign TV channels are in Japanese
This Hopeland serviced apartment looks fantastic from outside and good for inside! It's a place with the most reasonable price in that area. I mean, $59 a night with a short walk to Emporium or train station! What else can I say?
As I travelled alone, I chose to stay in the smallest room with no kitchen. Yet, the room is quite big comparing to the other budget hotels in Asia like HK or Korea. There's free wireless internet everywhere in the hotel. So, you can make sure you'll always be connected. Sauna room on the 5th floor is very clean and quiet as not many people use it, as well as the gym. On the same floor, you can also do your own laundry for 80 baht with another 80 baht for the dryer. This is what I like the most because I couldn't find the self-service laundry machine in other places on the same street I used to stay.
I stayed there for more than 21 days and I really enjoyed my stay. However, most guests are Japanese so foreigners might find it difficult to find an English TV channel. :)
Most of the things were okay. However, I'd like to suggest that the hotel should have the better choices of breakfast. It's good that breakfast was included but there's nothing much to choose from. However, the staffs there were very nice :)
Another thing I'd like to mention is that the bathtub is quite tall. Say, you've gotta climb up to use it. And when I finished using it, there was always water leaked on the floor. If this leak thing can be fixed, it would be very good.
And if they have room service in the future, that would be wonderful too!
I'm definitely gonna go back to stay at this hotel! Very recommended!!
Restaurant Tip : Even though they don't have the restaurant on the first floor anymore, you can still go to Emporium or the nearby area to taste different kinds of food -- Thai, Chinese, Japanese, or even street food!
You can also go to the end of the street (on the way to Rama IV), to the restaurants and coffee shops at Camp Davis. It's where Starbucks and Tops supermarket are.

The location of this service apartment is about 5 mins walk from BTS on Soi24, which is not so bad. Emporium shopping mall is also near. It seems that there are two buildings for this service apartment. The room which I stayed seems to be a bit older than the rooms in the other building. You will see a lot of Japanese guests in this apartment.

The staff in the cafe during breakfast.
The receptionist and the housekeeping.
The receptionist always wear an annoying face.
The housekeeping never change the bedsheets, never give you enough towels.
The free tuc-tuc is useless the driver will hide away whenever you need the service.
