Nice design overall, but feels somewhat cold

- Quite like the design and decor of the place - the whole dark lux vibe rocks - The Yama Executive Suite was sweet too, but the wear and tear of the room is showing and that doesn't live up to the whole luxuriousness of the place - Buffet breakfast was so-so

Great! All things nice for eyes nose and feeling. But the soundproof have to improve in between the foot of rooms !

Location is not too good.
Staff service. Breakfast. Cleanliness.
The staff didn't manage to give me a room in time for my check-in, but promptly compensated me with complimentary breakfast during my stay. Appreciate the kind gesture.
