we stayed in the hotel for the first few nights in bangkok and one last night after a couple of weeks trip in thailand in january.
we love the every details of hotel, decoration and so chic & beautiful.
the hotel stuff is so nice and very professional.
we love one of the hotel concierges, tomy. he is super nice and very polite.
he and the hotel made our trip complete.
-the only thing we didn't love was the italian restaurant downstairs. we love everyone working there and the atmosphere, but the food was horrible. it is not italian taste at all since we live in ny and my partner lived in italy before.-
other than that the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is really nice for a romantic getawy but is not great for business travels as there are a lot of young club goers there. The pool is okay but narrow and people tend to come out and watch one swim as the view is excellent. The location is the reason I choose the hotel- quick access to the metro and to the shops, park and movie theatres.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lumpini Park is a great place to jog or walk without getting run over. Its very close to the hotel (turn left out of hotel). The elevated walkway to paragon is also a nice stroll with good views (turn right out the hotel).

Great hotel with just one problem

nicely designed hotel with large, comfortable rooms. we stayed here for one night and were really impressed by the service. at first our wifi wasn't working - the service centre provided a new router immediately. later that evening when our aircon wasn't cooling the room properly we were upgraded. my only complaint is the subpar pool - it's small and therefore only has 8 deck chairs.

unique, but not the best value

This is not your average hotel. The design is kooky and unique. The staff are attentive and the overall quality of the best is very much high end. The Lansuan location is also great.
However, on arrival at 3pm we were told that our room was not available until 5pm. There was no apology, and only a poor attempt to fix the problem. Had I just got off a 12 hour flight, I would have been pretty unamused.
Plus, the hotel pool is freezing cold, tiny, and frankly not very clean.
Overall this is a nice, interesting option, but there are better places in Bangkok for this budget.

My husband and I booked this hotel after reading nothing but glowing reviews about this hotel. It was not terribly expensive, but considerably higher when compared to other Bangkok hotels and honestly I'm not sure if it was worth the extra expense. Yes, the staff is lovely and the rooms kept tidy but everything about this hotel is very dated. Behind

The Hotel Muse is by far one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The decor is classy and elegant, and rooms are spacious. There is a nice pool and bar, and the hotel has several restaurants (though I did not personally eat there). The hotel is situated on Lang Suan road, within walking distance of Central World, Central Mall, and the US Embassy. It's a quick walk to the BTS. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic couples spot, or even just a relaxing business hotel.
