Great Hotel with Great Service
Beautiful Rooms, Clean and spacious and Friendly Staffs
1st time staying here thru's a friend's recommendation. Although the location wasn't very ideal but the staffs and rooms make the stay great! Room is big, clean and spacious. The lobby thou is dark but has a mysterious feel. Looks that they use fresh flowers for decor at the lobby and lift lobby. The decor of the room is great! Breakfast was good but lack of varieties. Free tut-tut shutter service out to Chid Lom mtr, it would be better if they can shuttle nearer to Central World. Pillows were too soft. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

mass tourism loosing boutique hotel flair
room location and rooftop
I have stayed at the hotel Muse three times since its opening. The property has lost the boutique hotel flair and has turned into an overcrowded small hotel for groups. The breakfast is a catastrophe. What a pity.

I spent 3 nights there. the rooms are very nice. Bed’s quality is incredible. there’s a breakfast buffet which is very good the bar at the rooftop is very nice and good music also. staff is very professionnal and very kind The pool is a little bit small, but great !
