Unbeatable location, the hotel is just situated next to BTS Station (Chong Nonsi Station). The hotel is new and the design is really nice. Definitely worth the value of money that I've paid. Don't forget to pay a visit to the roof top swimming pool!
Restaurant Tip : Mc Donald is just 1 mins walk from the Hotel, or you can choose to visit the mornig market and hawker stall along the street in front of the hotel during weekdays for the local street food.

This is a great, cheap, clean hotel in a very good location. It reminded me of a 'no frills' Dream Hotel. The room booked was a good size, modern, clean and simple. The service could be improved. There was no room service menu in the room. Ordering took a long time and when we requested additional condiments they simply did not appear.

high sense of interior, calm, clean, free upgrade, really cheap but high quality of service, easy access to city centre, cafe and restaurant in the hotel difficult to find the reception I want to stay again in this hotel. It may be better than 4-star hotel.

Great little hotel, clean, good breakfast, good staff. So convenient can walk to Chongnon si BTS station and go everywhere you need to go from there.very nice rooftop swimming pool. Exercise room is also nice to have. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and already have told my friends about it!

Clean room, Location, Friendly Sfaff, Break fast, Price, I offten use this hotel because this hotel's price is very reasonable compare the value. The building is quite new so rooms are very clean. The location is in front of Sky train station and convinience store is just down stairs. Staff is always smiling and friendly. I think I can't find any big cons for the hotel. But if you want to swim in the pool, the water is not clean.

Nice staff, good breakfast, swiming pool on the rooftop, 2 min walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station. i spent 3 excellent nights in I-Rsedince Hotel. We had to change our room on the other side as noisy construction outside..the staff was very helpful as we moved right away. The hotel has perfect location and great swiming pool on the rooftop. The hotel has 2 connected buildings which makes not so easy to find the reception.
To sum up, pleaseant stay and i would recommend to anyone.

feel so good; nice and clean room need to change elevators for higher levels I feel so good in this hotel. It's nice and clean. It is very near BTS station. It is very convenient for shopping. Mcdonald and 7-11 are just nearby. Its swimming pool is very special and nice. If it could be bigger, it was the best. If possible, I will stay this hotel again!

The hotel location is good, my room actually can see the BTS station. The room facilities is acceptable with LCD TV and decent bathroom, there is no bath tub though.... Service is ok, since i do not use a lot of that. I guess the only complaint is that the hotel is connected by 2 building, so the reception is on the 6th floor. You need to know which lift is the one that reach your room, so you will not be lost the first time. There are also a few cafe at the ground floor. This is one of the few hotels that has it...

Others: pretty new, modern design, free internet wireless not stable and technicians were not so competent; room is small; blind is used instead of curtain and it does't work well good thing is: a few steps to BTS; walking distance to Silom; pretty new; modern design and free internet.
but the room is small compared with same buget hotel. i had frustrated experience with the internet cable. the technicians did not really know how to fix it. wireless was used then but not stalbe at times.

- Staff spoke pretty good English
- Right beside the Chong Nonsi BTS station
- Many food stalls & street hawkers along the lanes nearby
- 7 Eleven a few steps away downstairs
- Fluctuating water temperature in bathroom When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were told by the rather apologetic staff that there was no room for us!
She told us that we would have to stay a sister hotel (Premier Residence) for 1 night, then come back for the other 2 nights. She also assured us that the hotel would provide free transport to and fro the 2 hotels whenever we needed.
Of course we were not very happy to have to go to another hotel which was a 15 min walk to the nearest BTS, not to mention having to move our luggage about. Also, we had arranged to have transport fetch us together with friends staying nearby.
However, the staff tried their best to make it convenient for us, with one of them driving us with his own car as they couldn't get a taxi!
Also, we were given a free upgrade to grand deluxe room and a late check out time of 7pm. To sum up, it was a pleasant stay at this hotel and we would choose to stay there again.
Travel tip : - Taxi ride to/from the airport should be about 30 mins (smooth traffic, no jam) and around 400 baht including toll charges.
- Book only the room and buy your breakfast downstairs from the stalls and street hawkers like the Thai people do every morning before going to work. Cheap and good!

The room's clean and good. Very near to BTS (Chong Nonsi) and the morning market. The shower room could do a little upgrading if possible. Featured restaurants is not up to expectations. The hotel is very modern. Stituated near to the business area, one can definitely expreience the hustle and bustle of the Bangkok city life. Also to take some time to explore the area such as the market just around the corner. It is definitely the hotel I would go when I visit Bangkok again.
Restaurant Tip : Try to sample the local food in one of the eatery right beside the Shangrila Chinese Restaurant. It is cheap and is frequently visited by the locals. The chinese restaurant mentioned, also sells cheap and afforable chinese food. Please try that as well.

There is a local travel agency at the first floor where you can book a sub-urban tour. The staffs were friendly too. The food for the breakfast could have more variety. Very near to the BTS station. May need time to explore the area a little but it will be definitly worth it. There is a market right around the corner (3 mins) where you can buy a lot a things, it is frequently visited by the office people working around there. The rooms is very modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitly will visit the hotel again.
Shopping Tip : 3 stations to Siam Paragon and all the major shopping centres in Thailand.

Nice decorations, modern amenities, near Padpong, Silom, Tasteful design of pool/bar, great reception view. 7 Eleven close by, near the train. Rooms too small, Internet connection is BAD, two single beds put together is not the same thing as a double, very confusing floor layout. Vicinity of hotel is in back streets - not good for taxi to recognize so easily. I was really looking forward to this hotel. Being a traveler to Thailand for many years, I try my best to try as many new places as possible to stay. Alas this was a big disappointment. Firstly, the building was not designed to accommodate for a hotel- very confusing. You needed to take two different elevators to get to the rooms from reception. The rooms are very chic but too small. Internet is a problem. I lost the connection 20 times in the 4 days I stayed there (I was on working vacation so I really needed it). The beds in the rooms are in fact two singles placed together which is very slack. The location isn't the easiest to find with taxis. I'd rather be in Sukhumvit again next time. Not really worth staying here. If you prefer Padpong pick something closer.

avoid the breakfast 3rd time stay at this hotel; conveniently located directly opposite Chong Nosi BTS.
Hotel lobby is strangely located on the 6th floor in the new wing.
Hotel staff is friendly and is able to understand English. Had some problem with the air-con in the room but it was promptly rectified within the hour.
Rooms are clean and condition is relatively new, with chic modern decor. There isn't a DVD player equipped in the room but is available upon request FOC.
However, the daily breakfast is disappointing and the rooftop pool waters look uninviting murky.
Highly recommended for budget conscious travelers!
