Location v close to BTS and close to bars and restaurants of Silom
Room nice and big Bathroom only average
Taxi drivers find it hard to find! Location of this hotel is fantastic if you intend to travel round bangkok by the monorail, which we did. Our room was very nice (deluxe suite) although the bathroom is a let down as is small and not as luxurious as the room. Breakfast was a let down however, especially if you are a vegetarian
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Massage place at hotel opposite does fantastic foot massage at a reasonable cost

Location - very near to the BTS
Room - spacious,modern and clean
Facilities - swimming pool and gym service- generaly good but it happened during my stay that I was deprieved more than three hours from the TV because of a technical failure in the hotel system ! I was very pleased upon my arrival to get the room before time including an upgrade.The front desk clerk was very cooperative and welcoming.
The Hotel location is great :a minute walk from the BTS. The only deception I had during my stay was that it took more than three our to repair a technical failure in the TV . Apart that incident , the service was good and the value for money excellent .

view from window in the room i did stay at i-residence BKK on 03 Nov 2009 for 1 night. The location is very convenience with MRT, 7-11 & market in front of the hotel.
The receptionists are very nice welcome to me and my MOM.They have fast check-in and bell boy service. Just 1 error that they bring me to the wrong room which already unser other people booking but it is not an issue for us.The room is very clean and comfortable. I m not sure with walk-in price but the price which i reserve with Agoda is very resonable for us. And if we got chance to go BKK again we will be back.
Shopping Tip : Have la-lai-sab MKT near to the hotel.
My mom is very enjoy with shopping there. Nice goods nice price.

Good location, hospitality, polite staff, swimming pool, clean, nice decor, breakfast buffet Weak shower water pressure, unstable water temperature Service is good. Able to understand simple english and will try to assist as much as possible. It was only a few steps to the BTS which made it easy to go anywhere in the city.

Good location, good staff services Room with tiny and smelly bathroom, the staff management not flexible in handling problems I choose to stay at this Hotel already 4 times in this year (2009) alone for my trips to BKK. Location is quite good especially for those looking close location to Silom. The gym facilities need improved as it is a bit poorly equiped and maintained. I'd suggest that instead of buying big and lousy multi-function gym (which can be used for many exercises) but not functioning well, the hotel should just buy a full set of dumpbell or weight. The pool is nice on top of building but i can see its conditions and quality going down compared to my first time arrvial. This time they change the Lobby to ground floor which is great. The Internet room there are now only 2 PC (before 4 PC) but one PC not functioning well as it contains million of virus from irresponsible guess downloading unsafe webpages. Definitely, an improvement is needed.
The tiny bathroom (standard type) is so smelly. It needs improving.
Restaurant Tip : Again, my favourite Thai restaurant is the small papa-mama shop located just few walks from the hotel on Soi 3 (piphat) next to a laundry shop. All the foods there are 2-thumbs up and the price is terribly cheap only 40-60Baht.

New Hotel. Clean room with comfy bed! near Sky Train BTS, 3 minuted walking distance. A construction side next to hotel. Quite Noisy... Nice hotel in good location which walking distance (3 minutes) can reach BTS skytrain.
Have 2 unit PC (Free Surf Internet) facilities. Modern room and clean.
There is a local market & seafood restaurant nearby.
But a construction side next to hotel. Quite Noisy till midnight...

Very close to BTS station, nice rooms with free broadband internet and cable TV. Bathroom stocked with toiletry and tooth brush. Clean comfortable bed. Well maintained rooms. Construction site next door operates day and night so a fair bit of noise depending on which level u are on. This hotel is excellent value for money. Its right at BTS Chong Nonsi station behind 7-11. BTS to Siam Station takes less than 15 min so getting around is very convenient. I will stay here again.
Shopping Tip : Traffic is always congested in Bangkok so staying at a hotel thats near BTS stations makes getting around much easier and faster.

Free broadband internet, nice clean rooms, air con cools the room FAST. Cable television was a plus too. Hotel is right at BTS Chong Nonsi Station. There is a 7-11 around the corner. Construction site next door can get a bit noisy at night. They were still working at 2am. The staff at this hotel are all very friendly. I called to ask for a fruit knife and they brought it up within 5 min. Checking in and out was fast and bell staff arranged taxi for us.

Excellent Location near Station, nice services If you are looking for some fair price hotel and convenience location, then this hotel is the best choice for you. But, do not expect to have nice view, excellent services, and perfect clean room. Funny thing is a mushroom has been grown at the bedroom overnight.

Nice location, just only 2 mins walk away from BTS Chong Nonsi. It's also next to a convenience store.
It's clean and all room equipments / electronic appliances are new. Also, it provides free internet service in all individual room.
The swimming pool is new.
A construction site is located just right beside, the working time is from 0700-0200 everyday including Sun. It's a bit annoyed and couldn't sleep well every morning.
The door of the restroom is strange designated, my feet was hurt it unfortunately, be awared.
The water heater in our room sometimes not working properly.
The swimming pool is too small. I wont recommend ppl to stay as long as the contruction beside is still in progress.
Hope i-residence can improve the drain and heater problem...
But for this competitive pricing, it's still not a bad hotel choice....

Nice desgin, clean and good staff service (friendly), good location near train I have stayed in this hotel for more than 4 times in this year. The service is okay but the facilities in the hotel getting down every time I stay here. Needs improvement in maintenance such as towel (dirty), pools, gym, etc.
The construction next door is terrible as they start constructing at 7am and someday end by mid-night. So noisy and dusty.
Shopping Tip : JJ market for cheap goods and Central World for high-end stuff.Sometime, the price you get for a stuff at Silom or Sukhumvic same same as they are being offerred at JJ market.

Hotel is clean,easy access to local food,McD,Kau Kah Mu,fruits and others all are surrounding. Room is way to small,only less then 20 TV channel,small lobby,no taxi driver know this hotel.Water temp in bath room is very unstable. Hotel is a very clean and nice hotel,they have a very friendly and helpful reception and bell service,no wi-fi,but they have a internet room in 5th floor,only 2 PC but more then enough.Nice gym room at the roof top and also nice view in the pool.Chong Nonsi BTS station just in front of the hotel.A very short drive to famous PatPong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A lot of local food just surronding this hotel,just 3 minits walk.
