Nice desgin, clean and good staff service (friendly), good location near train I have stayed in this hotel for more than 4 times in this year. The service is okay but the facilities in the hotel getting down every time I stay here. Needs improvement in maintenance such as towel (dirty), pools, gym, etc.
The construction next door is terrible as they start constructing at 7am and someday end by mid-night. So noisy and dusty.
Shopping Tip : JJ market for cheap goods and Central World for high-end stuff.Sometime, the price you get for a stuff at Silom or Sukhumvic same same as they are being offerred at JJ market.

Hotel is clean,easy access to local food,McD,Kau Kah Mu,fruits and others all are surrounding. Room is way to small,only less then 20 TV channel,small lobby,no taxi driver know this hotel.Water temp in bath room is very unstable. Hotel is a very clean and nice hotel,they have a very friendly and helpful reception and bell service,no wi-fi,but they have a internet room in 5th floor,only 2 PC but more then enough.Nice gym room at the roof top and also nice view in the pool.Chong Nonsi BTS station just in front of the hotel.A very short drive to famous PatPong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A lot of local food just surronding this hotel,just 3 minits walk.

Clean, convenient to silom, the free internet service the walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbours easily or whomever is walking and talking outside your room. The hotel is conveniently located near eateries and Chong Nong So BTS which means you will save time to move around. The deluxe room was very small especially the shower cubicle. can't imagine how anyone big size can enjoy a nice shower after a full day's shopping. also the construction nearby was like 24 hours and it was very irritating and no sleeping in at all. Tried to change to another room but non-available or you have to upgrade to the next grade.
Restaurant Tip : Eat at the Foodie Restaurant nearby. wonderful thai fusion food

Good price, convenient access Water pressure inconsistent Checked in late at night and was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Gave us complimentary upgrade even without asking... The room was huge and the best part was the complimentary internet access. We had an early flight out and staff was kind enough to pre-arrange a taxi to drive us. Will sure choose this hotel again next time when planning budget travel to Bangkok.

they do not have a bar This is my 2nd time to patronise I-Residence. what makes me come back again is bcos of their hospitality, friendly and efficient service. the decor of room is cosy and minibar is charged reasonably. The gym facility is good enough for a 4 stars hotel and its roof top pool is wonderfully located on 10 floor with a paranoma view. Overall, my stay at I-residence was wonderful.
Nightlife Tip : a 10 mins walk away from Silom and Patpong

bath room water sometime too hot n sometime too cool.cannot control,dont refill teethbursh basic can stay,service also ok. new wing of room although better than old ones but not comfortable n very poor of toilet.water sometime hot sometime cool.it can not control.then,old wing although room small but feel more comfortable.but too noise.it caused opposite side has construction site.from am 8 oclock start.if you like night life activities,dont book old wing better.then,hotel has many small shop,it very good.but most good is bts station just hotel opposite.it easy go to anywhere.

good location, clean and modern furniture The hotel location is good,just one minute walk to 7 eleven and easy to get a cab. I like the modern furniture and the hotel is very clean. The cons is there is a construction site beside the hotel. Very noisy in the morning n afternoon. The noise wake me up early in the morning. Anyway, i think this hotel is value for money.

Across the street from the sky train station. Rooms are modern and the staff was very nice. The swimming pool was very nice and over all the hotel was kept very clean. There was a free internet cafe, and no room deposit......unlike most hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. The biggest negative was that hotel walls seemed to be thin. I heard the people in the room next to me very well.....now it could be that they were extremely loud or the walls are very thin. I did call the front desk at 1am to tell them that it sounded like a party going on, and they called and asked them to be quiet....which worked. Overall it was a good room for the price. The Pro's seem to overcome the Con's. I would stay there again. The room featured a super-king bed and 42 inch flat screen tv with free wifi.

Modern funky hotel in Chinatown. New hotel, not too prepared for adversities yet.
Had many cockroaches in my room. Had to change rooms, In Chinatown, so unless you're planning to stay around there for long, best bet is to try elsewhere. Room had pest problems

Location - Near BTS Chong Nonsi - Many Thai Resturants - 3 of 7 Eleven - FREE Wifi Internet was staying in two kinds of room [Deluxe Room - Deluxe Suite] the Deluxe Suite was good and big enough..the breakfast it cost about 200 BHT sometime bit noisy because the hotel located on construction area and easy to catch a Taxi and make sure open METER Love this hotel and i will back again
Shopping Tip : If u wanna go to Shopping at Night Market [Patpong] Take a BTS "Chong Nonsi" to "Saladaeng" only 1 station..

Big room, clean, nice bathroom and inertnet connection. Good location too. Had to pay 75% of the room just for a late check out of a few hours. This is a really nice hotel. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good mid-range accommodation. Make sure to upgrade to the grand deluxe room though - the standard (called "deluxe" for some reason) - is very small.

Polite staff who remember you - Room kept clean daily by maid service - Free complimetary water each day, free internet usage and a great infinity pool located on the roof Building work early in the morning - but not hotels fault - no hot water at all on my last visit in my room - i did not complain as it was okay with the waether being so hot anyway. Hotel is good value for money - check in and out is very quick - close to all shopping and local bars, Patpong is walking distance Sky train to all destinations is 2 mins away.. food offers in hotel are cheap and cn be delivered to your room - If you eat something spicy, dont worry the air con will cool you down quickly it is very efficient.. Excellent hotel to visit
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : take BTS to river Chaopraya then take a boat trip up river - try floating market tourist prices but worth the adventure

Close to BTS Station, nice swimming pool, sound security check Weak shower water pressure, unstable water temperature, un-professional room cleaning, frequent bad smell in pool area Advise the hotel to improve its front-line image, coz it gives me an impression of guest house upon check-in. That is, the entrance should be improved with prominent signage to facilitate taxi driver and guest identification. Front-desk area should be decorated with boutique feel. And, the front-desk staff uniform should be designed with professional look.
