Pool, good location, nice, clean rooms. We stayed at the I Residence at the beginning of April and were really pleased. The rooms are small but very comfortable - clean and well furnished. The pool on the 10th floor was great.
A big plus was the nearby train station. All in all really nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Wonderful location with a great pool. Nice hotel - new and clean. Our room looked directly into the office which was about 8 feet away. Could not open blinds or windows while in the room, thus felt like being in a cave. Bad room location. Travel tip : Great Hotel - bad room location.

Modern design. Clean. Huge flat screen TV. Unlimited internet access. Right next to BTS. Good food downstairs. Again very clean. Small rooms, but comfortable. Not much nightlife right outside, but just a short walk away. Lobby is on the 6th floor. Was sort of odd. I had a wonderful stay here. It is so close to the BTS. There are a ton of ladies clothing shops around the back side sois and the place was very clean and very cheap. I think one of the best values in Bangkok. I definitley will stay here again when I return this year.Out of the 8 hotels I've sayed at, number one. They have a very cute staff as well, top notch.
Shopping Tip : Take the BTS(skytrain) towards National Stadium, exit Siam(Only a few stations away). You will be in the heart of a shopping mecca. Have fun.

good position, near BTS station, good breakfast and amazing pool on the roof. small bathroom-n-toilet, small rooms. Perfect location - BTS station Chong Nonsi is in 100meters from hotel - only 3 station from Siam (most popular trade centers). If you need somewhere to go in 8-10am or 5-7pm - the fastest way is BTS. Because the car traffic is very big and with taxi you left twice more time to the destination.
Breakfast is good, big choice of dishes and non 'continental' ).
Pool on the roof is a good place to spend free time - sun in the sky, cute view to the city and BTS trains (they are quiet so dont be afraid their nearness).
Room a litle smaller then I expected, but this is not critical. Bath - only for 1 person.
But the price and location makes this hotel very good choice.
Restaurant Tip : in the evening (6-7pm) right near the hotel door you can buy fresh fruits and cooked thai-food. Because this spontaneous market locates on exits from BTS.

Location - so convenient to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Nice design, quiet rooms. Great staff, very friendly Bathroom isn't the best, as others have noted the water temp varies a lot but not a big deal. At first a little tricky to find reception Stayed for only one night, but really enjoyed my stay. Nice compact design of the room, LCD TV, large comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and patient with me! Location is extremely convenient. There is great food nearby, street food downstairs, coffee shop also. Tho it's a small thing, the lifts are very fast and there are 3 of them, so you are never waiting around long. Will stay here again.

The great location just next to BTS station which is a good idea to travel with the trafic in Bangkok. Just a walking distance from nightlife and heaps of restaurants. Hard to find the reception area but once you get there, you will know.The hotel looks new and modern.

good location, very near Chong Nonsi skytrain station and also can walk to Sala Daeng market.
Good service, staff are always smiling and willing to help guests. You can eat and drink anything in the snack bar in your room. Water pump seems to have problem. Water circuit can not get stronger. You can not enjoy taking shower when you feel tired.
Towels look dirty and old.
Water in the swimming pool does not get filtered everyday. Price fits its quality.
Restaurant Tip : There is a good stand nearby which provides big shrimp and fresh large oyster- yummy.

Everything. I completely enjoyed my stay at I Residence, It's a great place to stay from the security to the office staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I loved it and ended up staying 2 more weeks. Thanks I Residence for making a loyal new guest. Only 2 things i can say. One, is the mini bar sometimes forgets to be filled and the pool area does not have enough chaise lounges... I think i said it all up top. I love my stay at I Residence.. I was nearly perfect from the time i got out of the taxi.. Thanks for everything..

Staff,, close to everything When we checked in they couldn't give us 3 rooms close to each other as requested so we were upgraded and ended up staying 7 nights in amazing rooms although their basic rooms were still value for money. The staff couldn't be more helpful in every way,,, No need to venture far for great food, 5 restaurants in the building and very reasonable prices. Skytrain across the road. Many of the staff spoke enough english to help with whatever we needed help with

Skytrain, free minibar drinks and free Internet in the computer lounge. limited TV channels, shower water and slight odor in bathroom. I-Residence was certainly worth what we paid. The room wasn't spacious, but it had enough space for two people. The doormen were kind and helpful. I made several requests of them, which they quickly took care of. The pool is nice for relaxing, but not so good for kids. With the skytrain right outside the front of the building you should not even think about taking a taxi. Like I said, for the price it is worth it!
Shopping Tip : Take the Skytrain to Siam Station. Plenty of Malls for you to choose from there!

Receptionists/ bellmen/ room attendants were nice.
Room was very tidy.
We were upgraded from superior to deluxe room.
Design of outdoor swimming pool is special & beautiful.
Although the weather is hot, but there was no hot water for shower.
Connection for old wing and lobby was complicated.
Cost me little, free mini-bar that they would refill it, free high speed internet access (no wifi). All the staffs were nice & very helpful although they are not speaking very good English. I didn’t ask for upgrade but they offered it for me. I may swam & tanned even in Bangkok, needed not going to phuket or other places else no need giving up shopping. Two restaurants on ground floor were good, providing delicious & special menu.
Shopping Tip : Make use of the BTS & MRT ... easy to access and convenient.

I enjoyed a lot the time i spend in the i-residence hotel, i was really impressed by the beautiful rooms i got. It was a really quiet place and modern design. When I've been in the i-residence hotel, even if it was full, i didn't meet anyone. I mean, a lot of people could go in the terrace but there was no one. The location of the hotel is fine, you have got the skytrain at about 100 meters.
It's amazing to be in the pool during the night, you have got a nice bangkok view.
The staff try their best to give you facilities and great information.

location, price and room were all excellent just layout of the building was strange - but you get used to this after a few hours. Lift to reception on 6th floor is not the same as lift to some of the floors with the accomodation Great little hotel. Got upgraded to really nice sized room - lots of extras free - minibar, internet (whether using your own laptop or the hotel intenet centre); nice little pool and basic gym. Excellent price of $35net.right next to sky train in the centre of town anyway
