Some garbage was left while I just check in. It is comfortable while I stay in this hotel, except cleanliness. Service is helpful and immediate. The tub is out of work and they fixed it very soon after I announced. It is convenient to get into BTS withing one minute. I will like to stay here again and I wish a more clean room next time.

The hotel staff members are friendly and helpful. There are quite a few eateries in the vinity that make it quite convenient to grab a bite or just buy a bottle of water. The thin walls can be quite a annoying. The water temperature is quite uncontrollable. It can be hot and suddenly become cold. The hotel staff member was very helpful by providing the map of Bangkok upon our check-in without having to request for one. The room is clean and neat and the housekeeper replenishes the used toiletries promptly. The internet room located on the 5th Floor is convenient for guests to access internet freely. Nothing beats a BTS station that is just across the road given the traffic congestion on the road at any time of the day.

Location is good: very close to BTS, but if you get taxi ride, avoid rush hours as it can be quite jammed. The room is good, bright and spacious. Bed sheet was dirty and I need to ask housekeeping to change it. As a frequent and budget traveller to Bangkok, I tried very budget hotels and find I-residence very good compared to the price I paid. The room condition is satisfactory, you can use their PC and internet for free, location is excellent if you ride on BTS, there is even a small swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy. There is 7-11 and Boots just next to the hotel, very convenient.

There is some construction going on next door, can be noisy at night because of this This is my 2nd time here at i-Residence. Got a nice combination of price vs location. There's a small local food court right next door as well, serving cheap and fresh thai food. 7-Eleven right out front as well for all your needs. The staff are very funny and friendly . will stay again
Restaurant Tip : Try the local food court right beside the hotel.

Can be noisy from construction nearby
This place has the location and price going for it. It's comfortable, inexpensive - but it's not luxurious. Location is good, easy walk to Silom, BTS Chong Nonsi, Patpong. Will definitely stay here again. Staff are really nice. and now they've moved reception to the 1st floor, access is much easier. all round it's a decent place! (oh and the price of the mini-bar drinks is really reasonable!)

room, location, pool, the staff water temperature, confusing layout After numerous stays here, I still find it a great value. Location next to bts chong nonsi, rooms modern and comfy. The free wifi and pool are a great plus. The cons are the confusing layout and the water temperature. The layout doesn't bother you after you become familiar with it. The water temperature is hit or miss. Sometimes I have no problem at all. Others the water is either too hot or too cold and nothing in between. This last time I had to put the knob in between hot and cold and wait until the water briefly came to a temperature I could stand. But it would quickly go back to freezing cold or extremely hot. You can imagine me in the shower constantly moving the knob. This really needs to be fixed.

Service, TV, Bed, Poolside, location Noise level at Construction site. Service is quite good, they will help to bring the luggage up to the room. Able to understand simple english and will try to assist as much as possible. Big TV, comfortable bed and good relaxing area by the pool side. As mentioned by other guests, water for bathing is hot and cold. Either too hot or too cold. Difficult to adjust to warm water. Only given one toothbrush, so for those people with 2 people, there will be a need to bring one toothbrush by yourself. Room is located too near to construction site. Noisy 24 hours a day! Even during midnight we can still hear the noise.
Restaurant Tip : Porridge downstairs - Thumbs UP! Only 2 mins walk to BTS, convenient to travel around. Mac and 7-11 are 24 hrs within a small distance away.

Very good hotel, clean, 3minutes' walk away from a sky train station. Although we arrived after 2pm, our room was not ready. We had to wait about 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay at the I-residence. We stayed there for three nights in Oct 2009. It is very clean and compact. The best thing about it is that the sky train (BTS) is practically right next door. There are also several food stalls and restaurants nearby. Taxis and tuk tuk are also easy to find near the hotel. A tuk tuk will cost about 40 baht to go to the suan lum night bazaar and patpong night bazaar. We had lots of fun. I will definitely stay there again.

The location is very strategic as it is just beside the BTS station. The bathroom is too cramp. The best part is it's strategic location. Just 3 minutes walk to the BTS station. And it is also surrounded by many restaurants offering local Thai food. The rate i paid for is value for money and the decoration is very nice. However, the bathroom is abit too cramp for a deluxe room. I can see that the hotel is still undergoing some renovation, and hope to see a more interesting image after this as i would highly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel during thier holiday in Bangkok. Therefore, they should expand and provide more rooms. There are also lots of massage center around this area.

Located next to Skytrain station Not many english channels on the TV and the pool was closed during our stay. This hotel was pretty basic but the rooms were nice and clean, staff lovely and very helpful, and the location was ideal. It was only a few steps to the BTS which made it easy to go anywhere in the city. Also only a few blocks from many good restaurants and the entertainment district. We will definatly stay here again.

place 3 single beds staff are not good in English, customer service need to be improved. The front desk staff didn't follow-up our next day's trip, until we got back to the hotel very late on that day, no message was left in the room, and when we asked for the status of our trip, she just passed the phone call to us to find out the situation, it took 5 minutes to finish the call because the other party wasn't good in English as well, I don't know why the hotel staff couldn't make the matter clear since they are talking the same language, after that they charge $100- for making the call. But overall the performace standard is acceptable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you can go anywhere by BNS, taxi is the most convenience transportation, but has to go by meter

Nice location and close to BTS Parking space is very limited The hotel is located in nice area and close to BTS. Next to the hotel has McDonald and other restaurants. The room size is quite big with good condition.
Restaurant Tip : Congee shop at the G. Fl of the hotel is nice. There are few restaurants in the building next to the hotel i.e McDonalds, Little Home
