I had booked this Hotel due to previous good stays...however over the 5 different nights we stayed during December and early January, things have gone downhill.
Daily Room Service - missing items, poor level of cleaning, calling down for tissue etc.
Decor - looking old and worn, sheets stained, duvet covers marked, wardrobes uncleaned inside.
Outside - run by the Taxi mafia

The staff are not friendly. The wifi only free 2 hours for 2 nights stay. Overall is fine for short stay. but location are not convenience.

As always, I like this hotel and often stay here when come for business around here. This is the first stay of this year and expect around 30-40 times more this year. It's conveniece for me to stay here but still not enough parking space here. Their second phrase the new building should be ready in 2 yrs.

book a one night stay to do visa applications...embassies very closeby.
sad to say the hotel is slowly slipping into the "we don't care less" routine.
room: lack of toiletries...had to ask for them.
decor: getting old, marked and stained.
outside seating:....couldn't sit down as the "taxi mafia" had taken the only available seats over, the others where between the parked taxis and the wall (about 1 mt width).
music: taxi m decided they wanted "gangman"...so we had it full bore!!!
bathroom: rm ..more light in the black hole of calcutta!!1 don't try to shave in here, would look like a scene from sweeney todd.
we have used this hotel over the last 4 years approx 20 times. looks like for our net trip into town we will be moving on.

Hidden location and busy room

This hotel is far away from silom and very inconvenient to get to public transports (BTS Skytrain and MRT). It is located in hidden area of sathorn and not many taxi driver know the location. Always get a map and name card from the hotel. We are spending alot of money on calling cab and tuk-tuk, however they do provided free shuttle tuk-tuk (in every 1 hour). The front-counter staffs are not friendly and rude service when we ask for help. The room is quite small and noisy. We can heard the rats running and making chirping noises in our rooms every night.

They do provided free complimentary internet wifi for longer stay.

Great small hotel, equipped with everything you need. A little bit noisy during day and night. The hotel is located in downtown Bangkok, easy to get around by public transportation and BTS/MRT.
