Good location

staff was friendly and helpfull, the location is great but a bit noisy. good breakfast. hot water system not so stable, need to be improved.

Convinient decent complete hotel
Value for money, convenient to Silom and BTS stations. 7 Eleven nearby. Low density.

i-Residence, Bangkok- Economical and Convenient
Very good location as it is right beside the BTS.
Economical.
English speaking,friendly and helpful staffs.
Clean and new.

Stayed there for 2 nights. We checked in very late (after 12am), were really tired, but it took quite awhile before we were given our room keys; the staffs were polite and apologetic for the delay though.
Barely less than 6hours later, we were woken by an irritating construction noise. Looking out from the window, we found our room was facing directly with a construction site. Sigh! We subsequently requested for a room change, and again the staffs were quick enough to meet our request and arrange a room facing the front. Except for the noisy construction site, overall the stay was good; clean, good location, friendly/helpful staffs and cheap.

Review Summary of i-residence Bangkok
Nothing is good except its location, just next to Chong Nonsi BTS Station.

I booked this because I saw excellent comments on the Agoda website from different commentors but this is not true!
Interior design tends to be contemporary but in fact they are in poor quality. Staff are busy to respond to different complaints and requests from in-house guest due to its poor hardware quality.
I wont come back to this hotel myself! The only recommendation to anyone who wishes to stay is stay away from 'even' nos. rooms as they are just next to the construction site - they start work at 7:30 am even on Sunday! Good Luck!

Location good but noisy with construction around
Location is good near BTS and there are local nice local food around. The reception is responsible and listen to customer request. Good nice local food around the corner

During my stay there, there was construction around and i could not have a good night sleep as early morning, it was very noisy...but after request to the receptionist, they managed to change my room to a less noisy place. As for the common internet room, the hotel did not limit the usage of the computer and somehow I noticed one guy was using the computer for very long doing some stock analysis and this should not be the case. There are other guest which need to use the computer to do checking on the internet for their email and flight booking. Thus, the hotel should limit the time the guest is allowed to use the computer say 15-20mins per guest. Unless there are no other guest waiting, in that case you can continue but if there are guest waiting, I think we have to be considerate for others.

As a whole, I Residence is good and value for money. It also has good internet connections and is conveniently located. However, it should not relocate its lobby reception from the 4th level to the 1st floor. The current reception looks small and unglamorous!

i residence bangkok stay
Very impressive interior. The staffs very friendly.

I was moving 3 times when stay in this hotel. 1st because no view. My room being block by the construction site. 2nd time my room shifted to level 9 and i was facing the same problem and even worst because the construction start from 7am til 7pm during xmas eve. I couldn't get a rest after long tire shopping outside. The 3rd time seems better the earlier 2 rooms. The staff not all can provide accurate information such as tour package and van renting rate.
