OK hotel
In good condition and clean. Beside the skytrain station
Free internet, free gym, nice pool...

The hotel was a nice stay. One thing that supprised us was that the staff and guest staying there were very young. But the staff could their job and was very helpful.
The breakfast was nice and more than good. This is a hotel with good value.
The room had a free cabel internet that was very fast.

If the breakfast is not included. It will cost 200 thb.

Exceptional value for the money
Close to the sky train. Close to Mcdonalds. Close to a 7-11 store. Large size room. Good A/C. Good hot shower.

Well, I'm not sure if I received an upgraded room, but for a few bucks more you couldn't go wrong. The room was large as compared to most asian hotels-more like an american size room. It was close to alot, of things. Just outside going either direction, were steps up to the sky train(the only beef with their system are the immense steps). There was a convenience store and Mcdonalds on this same street just steps from the hotel. Other shops and food in the area. I chose to go to the malls attached to the sky train stops in the food courts. For the value there wasn't much to balk at except the view out the window was the back of another part of the building. The staff spoke english quite well and were very helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. Another nice thing about Bangkok are the cheap by american standards taxis. All in all I was very happy with this hotel. Not super ritzi but, modernish and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Hotel Feature Tip:
get two key cards. As, one is required to run the electricity. Leave it in the slot when you go out and your room will still be cool when you return. Alot, of places don't run the a/c up and your room will be a nice retreat.

A good Hotel
good location, hotel is located just infront of Chong Nonsi BTS which is only few stations from popular shopping malls.

A modern and clean hotel with good breakfast and friendly staffs. There is a 24 hr 7-11 store and a Mcdonald near by.The hotel is location in Silom area which is walking distance to many night spots. Popular Shopping malls and famous attraction like MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, four faced buddha temple are only few stations away from the Chong Nonsi BTS(in front of i-residence).I will stay in this hotel again when i visit BKK in future and will also recommend it to my friends.

front desk staff are very polite and they know the area well.
BTS is just beside the hotel. and it is 3 stops away from major shopping centres

15mins walk to health land. just ask the hotel staff for directions.
Taxi to Suam Lam night market is about 60bath

Review for I-Residence Hotel
The location of the hotel, cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, friendliness of the staff.

The hotel is located at a very strategic location which is just next to Chong Nonsi BTS station. It is just a few stops aways from Siam Paragon, MBK and the major shopping centers in Bangkok. There are also alot of food and shops infront of the hotel. The staff there are all very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff there are able to communicate in English which is good for tourist. Some things that need improvements are the number of lifts at the hotel. There is only one two lifts serving the whole hotel which I find that it is causing some inconvience for tourist if there happened to be a big group of tourist checking in or checking out. They ahould have more lifts serving the hotel. The lobby should also be bigger and have more space for people to wait in the lobby. There is insuffient amount of seats in the lobby and the toilets should also be bigger as there is only one male and one female toilet.

This hotel is superb in terms of location as it is next to the BTS station. If offers value money with a buffet breakfast at the roof garden. Its pool is small but wonderfully set on top of the roof garden. There is a tour desk below and it is next to McDonald and 7 eleven. And the staff are wonderfully polite. Defintely my choice next trip!
Shopping Tip:
Hop on the BTS and you can go about anywhere in Bangkok with a one 20 Baht pass.

Good and Affordable
the location is good, near the sky train. staffs are very friendly and willing to help. the breakfast are good too.

This hotel is located near the sky train station. Less than 5mins walk. Around the hotel there are 7-11 and McD so i think it is quite convenient if we need to buy something during the night. The day we check in, they upgraded our room package due to technical problem after we did the booking thru agoda but did not go through their system. so 1st night we're transfer to another hotel that i think is not bad after all.

Need Improvement
Hotel is near to BTS station so it's very convinient for hotel guests. There's a 7 Eleven right outside the hotel as well so that helps. Room size is big and comfortable.

This is our first try at I Residence Hotel Bangkok. Reason we selected the hotel is because of its location, near the Chong Nonsi BTS Station, next to a decent Spa, food stalls and 7 eleven all taking less a 2 minute walk.
The hotel is generally clean and neat. Front desk personnel and concierge are helpful and most importantly, speaks decent English! The hotel also provide free internet connection, huge LCD TV, good breakfast.
A few things we need to highlight to the management about the hotel…
1. Map given by the hotel seems to confuse all the taxi drivers and a lot of times, our taxi drivers had to go around the blocks a few times to finally find the property.
2. The shower heating system does not work well, water pressure is low, heater turns on and off all the time.
3. There’s also a foul smell coming from the sink and shower area.
4. Might want to change the blinds of the windows to proper curtains as it gets very glaring in the morning.

this is a brand new style hotel, where the delicious food also provided 24hrs.I like the beautiful skylight pool,I have so much fun there.
this is one of the besr choice within staying bangkok.
