Great location and easy way out

This location is great and so easy for MRT but just hotel staff not really good is because when we check out the room hotel staff not check detail then say we eat the mini bar food then want to charge but we say don't eat the mini bar food then hotel staff check again then only say is they mistake...

Very nice hotel - very frienly staff

we were very pleased when we arrived cause we really liked the romm and its style. but for whatever reason we were moved the next day to another room which was not the booked category, too small not at all nice and very noisy. given the fact that it was the last night of our stay (without sleep due to the traffic noise) we did not bother to complain as we had only seen the room after our long excursion in bangkok.
still if you are lucky to get the right room i would recommend this hotel!

Great location, nice room and good service.
Best location in town, closed to the night life and next to BTS station.

Since i stay only one night and due to the room is full. I were given the deluxe room instead of superior. The room is quiet nice but there is remain a little sound from the street. The bathroom is nice, the bed is comfort but there is no tissue in the room.

Lovely hotel with recent floor renovation in rooms

this hotel has started renting out their dvd players which costs bahts for an hr & bahts for 24 hrs. i find it very troublesome as when i wanted to rent one, they are out of stocks. it is really very frustrating when the hotel staff claimed that they only have 10 sets to rent out. so i waited for 3 days before i see the dvd player in my room. other then this dvd player incident, i am always happy with this hotel.
Shopping Tip:
The newly opened Silom Complex is a must go Mall to shop

very bad hotel and hate the smell of smoke

very run down ... the toilet will flood every time u bath. no slippers and the flooring is tiles. aircond also like 10 yrs ago model with annoying noise. soundproofing very bad and can hear everyone walking in and out.

Simple decorated but spacious

Friendly staff.Houskeeping staff Can give Very good cleaning service and supplies more than the should give, just tip them good.
Check in staff quite friendly, and they seems to be the only group of staffs that can speak English.
Great location as bts is at doorstep. Lots of food varieties from restaurant, fast food to street food around.
Morning market and super market at walking distance.
It's very convenience.
Only it's not very close to nightlife places, so it's either to take bts or cab.
Overall quite satisfying.

Like this hotel too much

I go with my boyfriend for the trip, staying 3 night, we booked grand deluxe but they free upgrade to exclusive deluxe for us, is kindly huge, comfort hotel tat we ever stay in Bangkok. Breakfast is good n with more choices, nearby BTS. We'll stay in the same hotel if we got chance to visit Bangkok again.

Great location but small rooms
cheap, good location and easy access to the BTS

My stay at the hotel was fantastic and really good, the breakfast buffet was average, the facilities were good especially the rooftop swimming pool but the room does not have a full wardrobe length mirror for females rather inconvenient but location is good cause good food are just around the corner esp mac's and those local street food, areas are near sathorn area for partying and pubing

It was good and nice, rooms were clean and the facilities were fantastic but the rooms maybe small and morning breakfast isn't fantastic. The hotel facilities are good and clean (looks new, do not have wardrobe mirror for the ladies. It is near PatPong market and all the pub and clubs for you.
