Short and quick holiday.
Located opposite BTS Chong Nonsi for easy travel. Quiet. Clean room.

We arrived in the morning. Probably the only receptionist there was not ready to accept a number of guests arrived in the morning and she did not greet us except look worried. But we understood and came back at 2pm as instructed. As long as we can leave the baggage, we are good to hop around Bangkok city for a quick come back after many years. The room was superb. The size was bigger than expected. The bathroom is a bit small but no problem. The bed was rolling away all the time whenever we sit and lean back to watch TV. There should be a stopper at the wheels. Lobby was small and cramped with guests moving in & out. No shades provided from the hotel entrance to the main road and got wet due to rain almost every day. We are Muslims so we just ate cereals, pancakes & croissants for breakfast. Croissants were so soft & delicious. Concierge arranged to & fro Calypso located at Asiatique. Fast checkout. Taxis were on time or early despite Bangkok jam. Amazing Thailand.

i was staying in superior ,the room condition was so different from the photo shown from the web..the cleanliness was poor..the rooftop swimming pool was seems fakedue to the condition was horrible..but the grand deluxe is bigger than superior alot..but the water supply for showering was bad .but it was near to BTS CHONG NONSI...

Location is the best as its next to the bts station.

It's my third stay at this hotel. Clean hotel and centrally located to all major shopping areas. During the day, lots of office workers will be heading there for food as its not pricey. There's a 24hr convince store located next to the hotel too. The only thing which I don't like about the room is that it's not brightly lit...especially the toilet. Secondly, the room wifi keeps dropping off and it's really irritating to keep logging on with the username and password.
