It is a well designed and stylish hotel. The front desk were friendly, they helped me to my need and do their best to find a good tour for my kids.
The location might be a little bit far from city but you can get to SKY TRAIN only two minutes walk. For sure I will stay here again when next time I come to Bangkok

3. The front desk will try their best to help you.

- Shopping Tip : There is a TESCO near by. One can buy a lot of local stuff.

The hotel was originally very reasonably priced, but we decided to shorten our trip and that made each night really quite expensive for what we were getting (which obviously I was not all that thrilled with). We ended up paying quite a bit more for the hotel room than we expected. We also had a bit of a communication problem asking for a electrical plug converter, the reception could not understand us and ended up (1) hanging the phone on us, sounding very irritated (2) when I called him back to try and explain myself, he just snapped, "ok ok we send someone up", again sounding very irritated. There were also a lot banging noises, and we felt that there was someone knocking lightly and turning the door-knob of our door - which was a bit scary because there was no clear sense of security. I think that this is quite a good budget hotel if you are staying a few nights, but if you are a female traveller alone, it might not be the best idea.
The hotel was right next to the BTS station, which is very useful given Bangkok traffic. The pool area was quite welcoming.
Was not as nice as I imagined, and the room was quite cramped. The sink was also always clogging up.

This is a very new hotel. Taxis don't know where this hotel is at times. You have to tell them Sukhimvit 50. Location is a small downfall because you are far way, but once you get on the skytrain you are set. The people at this place are wonderful !!
This place was wonderful all around !! The people were great as was everything else.
Location, maybe. But it is right across from a skytrain station, which takes care of everything.
