This hotel is beautiful and I love the theme to it, but it is far from the center of where things are happening. It is located on the last stop of the sky train, which is great, Staff was really friendly and very helpful.

Decent hotel with free wifi
Clean, free wifi, courteous frontdesk receptionist, helpful travel n tour agent.

enjoyed the stay in imm fusion. requested for interconnecting superior rooms with king-size bed but were given an interconnecting rooms of one king-size bedroom that connected to a twin single bed room. location is great. it's just 2 minutes walking distance from on nut bts skytrain, tesco lotus and night market. very convenient especially if u travel with children n elderly. a licensed money changer is just located opposite of imm fusion. it offers the best exchange rate i supposed in comparison to other money changers in bangkok n survanabumi airport. hawkers food stallers outside the hotel offered great foods. must try the tom yam soup. it's superb! hotel's buffet breakfast is a bit limited in terms of varieties. perhaps this is an area for improvement. self-service laudry machines and dryers are truly convenient for us. love it.
Shopping Tip:
Just hop into On Nut BTS skytrain which is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel to go downtown. Shopping at MBK, Siam Paragon, Pratunam, Platinam, Central World, Indra Square, etc are great.

A little off the beaten path, and average at best

Nothing that was horrible dont get me wrong.... but Oh Nut area is a little far from where most tourists want to be although it is still on the sky train track. The hotel cut all corners (TV is 17 inch screen, free wifi only after 2 night stay, sandpaper toilet paper, charged for local calls that didnt even pick up on the other end, things like that) The cleaning staff carts and walkie-talkies echo very loudly down the halls starting at about 7am as do all doors opening and closing, so dont plan on a refreshing late morning sleep. There were more than a couple eroneous charges on my check out bill that I had to argue about to get removed. The lot beside the hotel is under construction (again no chance at a sleep in here) and the swimming pool is basically in the lobby and as small as a wading pool really. No bugs and clean sheets is all the good vibe I can muster..

very happy with this hotel as it had good access via the bts skytrain. hotel itself was fine room wasnt anything flash but okay. handy to have a tesco very very close to hotel basically across the street. staff very helpful. local tour desk within hotel very helpful quite reasonably priced.
local market very close by.
plenty of places to eat next to hotel.
distance from bts station (on nut) to hotel about 50 to 75 meters. nb:- no lift or esculator for bags from platform concorse to road level only stairs.
all in all a good stay

Liked it but will not stay again

I have stayed at Imm Fusion sukhumvit about 4 or 5 times, but will look somewhere else. This last time, the shower water was barely warm, and even after repeated calls to reception, I was not able to received wi-fi in my room. It's unfornatuate because the location, close to On Nut BTS is great and I enjoyed the breakfast - not a huge spread but very nice. The staff is very friendly.
