Staff is excellent, and very friendly. Location is good to travel by BTS.

Noisy in the morning. It is too loud in front of the room because no carpet on the floor to absorb the noise. The house keeper uses his/her cart to carry stuff and makes a lot of noise. I recommend to put carpet on the floor to absorb the noise. The rest is all excellent.

This is my favourite place to stay in Bangkok. Value and great service, the staff are always helpful. Situated very close to the skytrain and so everywhere in the city is easily accessible. The pool area is a sanctuary and is really special place to return to after touring the city.Handy to the eastern bus station and Tescos is nearby.

Staying at the Imm Fusion was a wonderful experience. Considering its location in Bangkok, it was very quiet and peaceful within the hotel itself. Being so close to the BTS station (on-nut)made it easy to access most areas in Bangkok. Nothing was too much for the staff when we asked for any help. It was always a pleasurable moment when discussing things with them. We have never met a more delightful doorman/security man; he was always smiling and laughing. We will have no hesitation in staying at the Imm Fusion again.

Although the hotel provides excellent service, I do believe that they would benefit greatly if each room had coffee and tea - making facilities.

When i booked this hotel i wanted a hotel near the BTS and it was a great choice. And the hotel was really very nice, with a nice swimming pool, friendly staff. I would recommend this styled hotel.

All staff are wonderful, big smile and alway willing to help you. Bit of problem with English but still okay. Rooms are too small, need at least small Freeze. Bangkok is bit hot and humid, needed cold water. Breakfast has less than $1 value, so please don't consider while booking. I am keeping my fingers cross for next booking unless freeze are available. Walking distance to ON NUT station and shopping centre.

It's a good enough Hotel for people who don't want to stay in the middle of the most crowded city in the world as Bangkok. It's not too far from the center of Bangkok or night spots, although it is by BTS though. 　It took less than an hour to reach Patpong street. Seven eleven is one block away. Furniture are clean and fresh as brand new.

Well reformed Hotel, it appeared. Located close to BTS On-nut Station and a shopping center called Lotus. I liked it's cleanliness, and a slightly strange and ethnic appearance. Staffs are kind enough to tell me the way to all the places I wanted to go. I almost forgot! There was a little turtle welcoming you at this hotel!!

It was a little too serene. I think it's because of the low season. Pressure and warmth of the shower water was not strong enough .

It is a well designed and stylish hotel. The front desk were friendly, they helped me to my need and do their best to find a good tour for my kids. The location might be a little bit far from city but you can get to SKY TRAIN only two minutes walk. For sure I will stay here again when next time I come to Bangkok

The hotel was originally very reasonably priced, but we decided to shorten our trip and that made each night really quite expensive for what we were getting (which obviously I was not all that thrilled with). We ended up paying quite a bit more for the hotel room than we expected. We also had a bit of a communication problem asking for a electrical plug converter, the reception could not understand us and ended up (1) hanging the phone on us, sounding very irritated (2) when I called him back to try and explain myself, he just snapped, "ok ok we send someone up", again sounding very irritated. There were also a lot banging noises, and we felt that there was someone knocking lightly and turning the door-knob of our door - which was a bit scary because there was no clear sense of security. I think that this is quite a good budget hotel if you are staying a few nights, but if you are a female traveller alone, it might not be the best idea.

The hotel was right next to the BTS station, which is very useful given Bangkok traffic. The pool area was quite welcoming.

Was not as nice as I imagined, and the room was quite cramped. The sink was also always clogging up.

This is a very new hotel. Taxis don't know where this hotel is at times. You have to tell them Sukhimvit 50. Location is a small downfall because you are far way, but once you get on the skytrain you are set. The people at this place are wonderful !!

This place was wonderful all around !! The people were great as was everything else.

Location, maybe. But it is right across from a skytrain station, which takes care of everything.
