Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. The location of the hotel is good. Easy access to nice spas, resturants and the park. The staff is friendly as well.
The furnitures are older...need some updates.
The hotel is situated close to the park, skytrain station, department store, resturants and good spas. The location is nice for the price we pay. The only problem is the furnitures in the room are bit older. It will be nice if the hotel gets some updates. We will consider to stay here again next time.

Location, Clean, A nice welcome. Breakfasts.
Pushy Taxi drivers outside of Hotel.
Front door staff never smile.
My Girlfriend and i decided to have 4 nights in Bangkok on Sukumvit Road, On arriving at The Queens park Hotel, we were greeted by a pleasant gentlemen who took our cases to one side and pointed us to the reception, The reception is quite away from the main door, we checked in and was shown to our room, which was spacious, with mini bar but no Tea or Coffee making facilities, Our stay was enjoyable, The breakfasts were wholesome, would we go back, i Think so, The girlfriend enjoyed herself, and shes pretty hard to please,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't get conned into taking a taxi from outside the Hotel, use the skytrain,

Quality service. Courteous & helpful hotel staff. Good location. Nice room and cleanliness.
Breakfast buffet can improved by changing the menu each day. Mostly our stay has the same old menu during breakfast.
Worth a palce to return. Quite a good hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel is close proximity to Emporium and most of all near the BTS train system. Good for travel anywhere without getting into traffic jam.

Clean rooms, nice peple, and has a big loby.
You need to take a taxi to visit the market.
Nice place to stay in but you need to take a taxi if you like to see the market.

Affordable quality, has everything you need, centrally located.
Tried to charge for Gym- I argued against and got it. No laundry, and very expensive for their laundry service.
Good quality motle, affordable on agoda! Good central location, well air conditioned, etc. Buffet was good, better in malaysia!
Get a train to MBK shopping centre, 10 minutes, and shopping is best place in Asia there, that I have seen.
Restaurant Tip : Excellent food in the shopping centre next door, I think its called Emporium.

High standard, central, good food.
The hotel is right next to the Benjasiri park, you can actually enter it right from the hotel lobby. A short walk trough the park and you can enter the huge shoppingmall "The Emporium", or take the BTS from phrong phong station and just about anywhere in Bangkok. The hotel is very expencive by Thai standards, but we managed to get a room for around 1800 bht a night. It´s the most expencive room we´ve had the entire trip, but it was worth every baht.
Shopping Tip : The Emporium hotel straight trough the Benjasiri park. Chatuchak market; take the BTS to Mo chit station(15-20 min). Biggest market I´ve ever ben to.

Freiendly service, seizeable room, location and a selection of good dining facilities
internet charges are over the top!
The Imperial offers good old fashion service and provides good value for money (except for the iuse of the internet. Its location is also a big attraction as it adjoins the beautiful Benjasiri Park and it is a strawl away from the BTS sky train and the Emporium hopping Centre and some nice restaurants.

Try to make you pay to use the gym facilities. Internet very expensive.
Checking in was easier than most hotels in Thailand. Rooms are a decent size, but need a make over. The window tinting was so old it was hard to see out the window.
Gym is a good size, but they tried to charge me 250THB to use it!! I was not happy to say the least. There was no mention on the website that the gym was not part of the room rate. Same as the pool, but they have a different policy for the pool. I eventually was able to use the gym after the front reception refused. Not sure what changed in their mind.

Nice size room. Very clean and well appointed. Helpful staff.
I only stayed here for one night as I was passing through Bangkok. The hotel is in an excellent location, very near to the Skytrain and many bars and restaurants. Sukhumvit Road is a short walk away for shopping in the malls or browsing the many street stalls. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit to Bangkok. I never had food at the hotel so I cannot comment on that.

Close to sky train, shopping mall and park
Very old and dirty bath rooms specially bathtub.Bearkfast becomes very boring after the second days of staying. Always serve the same thing
The hotel has a very nice lobby, friendly staffs, the delli and pastry shop in the lobby is the highlight of the hotel. They do have an acceptable fittness center with a nice swiming pool. The road Soi 22 ending to hotel is very narrow and dangerous for walking. It is also very smelly and dirty. The air conditioning controller is not functioning in most rooms to adust the tempreture.
Shopping Tip : Emporium shopping mall close to hotel is a very good place not only for shopping but also for dinning.

1. Good location - near shopping mall
2. Accesible via BTS and MRT
3. Good hotel - nice restaurant, reasonable services and meeting facility
1. lighting at the main area may need improvement - common area may need brighter lights
2. rooms cleaning service - should be done early part of the day
overall stay is enjoyable. i attended a seminar for three days in the hotel. the location is convenient for me to go places after the meetings.
Shopping Tip : there's a shopping mall near the hotel for you to go window shopping and find some bargains.

Expensive internet daily connection fee
The location of the hotel is good. Direct access to park, and close to shopping and BTS which brings you every where in Bangkok.Staff is very friendly and tries to help. Access to hotel is best through the park (shorter way to BTS and much more pleasent). Internet is very high cost - 350 Baht for hour. Don't avoid breakfast!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get the Sky train to Taksin and then the river ferry can take you into the heart of old Bangkok, all for 70 Baht.
Ask the hotel information for more!

Not Bad Location but also not so good.
Food Is good.
The Hotel look too too old.
It needs Urgent Renovation.
View from the Hotel is not good (old area)
The Hotel for me was expensive for it's location and condition, you can stay in a better and new hotel and close to the downtown with the same or cheaper rates. over all for me the most bad thing that the hotel was too old and I think it has to be renovated ASAP.
Even the room furniture was also too old, even I booked a Primer room (not delux) but it was also too old, and at the hotel I upgrade my room to Executive Primer room and i paid moret per night extra. even with this upgrade i don't like this hotel.
