Quiet haven amidst chaos!

i have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always excellent value for money. staff are first class and will go out of their way to ensure clients needs are met. reception is very peaceful with good coffe shop and lunch buffet. rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable.location is good near to emporium shopping centre.

I had a nice stay in this hotel, no complaints about its service, room or F&B, but the only grouse I have is the atrocious internet charges that the Hotel impose. In this info-technology era, I do believe that it should be given free for room guests. Other than this, I had a very nice overall stay. cheers.

Reception staff is rather arrogant: it is like we were the staff and they were the customers. Unbelievable for a 4 star hotel.
Rooms were ok, food and location (ideal) as well.

In these modern days internet-access is important. They charge 350 bath for the first hour - then a staggering 700 bath per 24 hours.
The price is not the biggest problem, but the net was so slow that is in daytime and in the afternoon was totally useless.
All other aspects of our stay in this hotel was great - but we felt ripped off when we left. So if you are in need of internet, get your own mobile modem for the price of 2 days useless internet at this hotel - or better yet just pick another hotel.
