Excellent facilities, food and service.
Can highly recommend the Spa.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
My only comment which is very minor is that when in the lobby you have to go to a desk at the far side to order any drinks which are then brought to you. In a hotel of this class I would normally expect a member of staff walking around taking orders for drinks from where you are sitting.
A very large impressive 5 star hotel with excellent service and facilities and very good value.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is a short walk out of the rear of the hotel to the Emporium shopping centre or use the sky train to get to MBK centre or other shopping locations. Avoid taxis due to traffic congestion at rush hour.

Friendly helpful service. Clean comfortable rooms. Proximity to the BTS Skyrail.
Having to pay for decent movies to avoid the average fare on satellite.
Professional, friendly, business like service. Clean comfortable rooms. Housekeeping/room service requests dealt with fast and efficiently. (Provision of ironing board & iron, corkscrew). Close to BTS Skytrain and Emporium via a leisurely stroll through Benjasiri Park. Wide selection at breakfast. Would stay again.

Location great for shopping and travel plus restaurants and bars.
Set beside a nice park where you can walk or run which is also a short walk across to the Emporium shopping centre and skytrain this hotel's location is hard to beat. It is also one stop away from Soy Cowboy if you want that sort of night life. It is a huge hotel with good facilities and selection of restaurants. Two pools give you sun or shade but there is a great lack of sunbeds for the number of guests.
Restaurant Tip : Just a hundred metres or so going right from the front entrance is Larry's Bar which is a bar one side and restaurant the other. Good atmosphere and great European and Asian food overseen by Hugh, an American who really looks after you. I recommend it.

Excellent Room Rate from Agoda.
First time I've stayed there. Got a very good price and decided to give it a try. Well appointed and spacious rooms with efficient and courteous staff. Didn't try any of the restaurants in the hotel but they seemed busy enough. Good location with plenty restaurants nearby. If there's a special price, IQP is good value. If it's standard price there are plenty hotels in the area offering the same facilities for less money.

Once again returned to Queens Park. Love the position of the hotel, next to the park and shopping center and only a few minutes walk to the sky train.
Drinks a little expensive in the bar but typical hotel prices.
This is our third visit to Queens Park. We travel with another couple and they feel the same as us about the hotel. The main advantage is the position, being next to the lovely park and Emporium shopping center. Easy to hop onto the brilliant sky train where you can easily access the many areas of Bangkok. Front of house staff excellent, nothing too much trouble.

Great food, service and rooms.
I've been staying at the Imperial Queens Park for the past four years, when visiting Bangkok and every stay has been wonderful. You can't beat the standard of service or the food. They now have six restaurants at the facility, so there is always excellent food available for any taste. The room that I had this time, was recently renovated, with new marble floors and a modern clean decor. The tourist downturn in Thailand has it's rewards. The price of the tasty international lunch buffet has gone down about twenty-five percent and my room was half of what I paid before.
Nightlife Tip : Cool ice bar just a short walk. down the street called Titanium.

Beautiful lobby, breakfast was the best of all the hotels in Thailand where we stayed. Convenient location.
Took me a while to figure out the master control buttons by the bedside lamp.
AC did not seem to work well the first few days, but they came to work on it after I called.
DON'T use their laundry service!!! It is fantastically expensive!!!
They had the best breakfast of any hotel that we stayed at in Thailand (including the 5* Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport hotel). Broad selection for many nationalities. I ate mostly the western breakfast. They had fresh fried eggs every morning, large selection of breads and pastries, ok fruit juices (orange and grapefruit), cereal, yogurt, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, as well as rice and noodle dishes too. I was too weary of trying the fresh fruit, as I had been warned not to eat what you don't peal yourself, but I did see a lot of people eat the fruit, so it was probably ok.
Staff were very helpful and nice.
Rooms are a bit worn looking, but clean. .
All the "double" rooms actually have U.S. king-sized beds (or even bigger), which is confusing when making reservations. We have 2 children under 12, and we probably could have just had one hotel room, but we weren't sure of the size of the beds so we got two rooms. The beds were so big we easily could have just gotten one room, put three of us in the big bed, and paid a little extra for a roll-away bed.
One of the reasons we picked the hotel was because it had several restaurants, including a French restaurant, so that we could get some Western food if my children tired of Thai food, but all the restaurants except the Thai restaurant and the buffet where breakfast is served were closed. The food from the Thai restaurant was very good, and a bit expensive but not too high. The buffet food was not very good, and it was very expensive.
I did get charged for an Evian water bottle that we had purchased outside the hotel and had thrown away inside the hotel room, and the cleaning staff just looked at the garbage rather than at what was still in the fridge in the room. I tried to explain to the staff at check-out, but they refused to remove it. It wasn't worth it.
Hotel Feature Tip : Great breakfast.

Helpful frontdesk and stuff, good location at Queen's Park, near BTS station, clean and spacy rooms with stone floor, 2 pool areas (4th and 9th floor), good gym.
The front desk was very helpfull in all points, the other stuff did a good job also. We did not try out the food in the hotel as there are several good restaurants in the streets around. If you like real Thai food don't miss the "Lemon Grass" in Soi 24.
Location wise the hotel is very good situated. To be able to take a short cut to the BTS station across Queen's Park on the hotel's back side is a plus.
Good value for money you get if you book via internet, as the walk-in prices are too high!
Restaurant Tip : The "Lemon Grass" in Soi 24 is the best Thai restaurant in that area and provides real Thai food in a very pleasant atmosphare.

Room is very beautiful than 2 years ago. All of the staff are very kind for my family. Swiming pool and gym are very comfortable and relaxing. Location is fine.
Breakfast restaurant is very busy, we need an escort to table.
Overall it is a very good hotel. If my family come to Bangkok again, I would like to book because of cleanliness, kindness, location, gym and good hospitality.
Shopping Tip : Siam department is very easy to access by using BTS.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The room given was bigger than the previous one and faced the swimming pool. You were greeted with some fruit in your room and could also enjoyed a free drink in the lobby and I appreciated all these special arrangement. By the way, skytrain station is not far away and takes less than ten minutes walk.

Great location. Close to the skytrain station.
Small but nice swimming pools can be found on the 4th and 9th floors. It is good to have a sunbath there. Also, well supplied with towels. Clean and big rooms. Polite staff. If you like having Aroma body massage, I will recommend the Asia herb association (right next to the Emporium department store). It is clean, service is good and the price is reasonable.

Classic design, live large, large rooms, beautiful furnishings, respectful staff.
Expensive wi-fi. IMpersonal service
Wi-Fi internet access in room is rediculously highly priced. Breakfast is good but, again, over priced. No sun into rooms on north side facing pool. Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff is efficient though impersonal. Good value if you get the Agoda discount! Hotel is huge, with many wings and various levels. High up is nicer. Massage palor, Lek, across the street is excellent value and safe for whole family. Bar at end of street is good for a glass of guiness.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Access to the back of the hotel through the Queen's Park for a nicer view of Bangkok city life.
