The hotel offers a spa service e.g. a manicure for 400 baht ++(10% service and 5% tax)the same service without the posh surroundings can be found just on the road leading to the hotel for 100 baht!

This is a really wonderful hotel which is within easy reach by taxi (which are reasonablly priced)of all the areas worth seeing. Lots of massage places with very good facilities to relax and get treated. Very good shopping opportunities as the local currency is weak against the GBP.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire a taxi for the day and go around all the places YOU want to go. Works out very reasonable and get a driver who speaks english.
Very good hotel

Agoda booking no problems.
- Hotel Feature Tip : The park closes around 9.30 pm at night so you need to get back into the hotel from the main road at the front of the hotel - so put walking shoes on!

I have stayed many times at this hotel and found the staff to be very attentive and warm. However on this occasion it appeared that the staff where under a lot of pressure to perform their duties, making them appear abit aloof. Shame really as I love this hotel.
Very good looking hotel!

Location is OK.
Hotel people were good. Sometimes very slow but I think that's Thailand style.
- Shopping Tip : Back side door is very useful to go to station and shopping center.
