Large comfortable clean hotel, good food, and helpful staff.

Expensive internet daily connection fee

I am a regular visitor to Thailand and this time, I decided to search around for new accommodation. Using the Agoda web-site, I found this hotel and booked on line. The process was prompt, seamless and helpful. I intend to use Agoda for all future bookings.

Shopping Tip : Emporium shopping centre.

Surrowinding environment not good for youth and Children

Everything is in walking distance... Many gorup tour custmers are enjoying their stay. Good breakfast and not luxury but not unsatisfactory level quality of the time we could spent there. Reception staff service is efficient enough and C-in, C-out did not take so much time is one of the good points of this hotel. Sometimes it takes much longer in Thailand.... Red light area is along with the main road to the hotel entrance and my parent dis not like them.

Excellent service, excellent location

none

The Queen's Park Hotel provides an elegant haven in an excellent location - near the Emporium and skytrain. All the ataff are friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the windows looked out onto the park. An excellent room with very reasonable rates.

Shopping Tip : Good shops along the street for silk.

Good service, Good maner, Facilities, Break fast, Near to nice park, Infront of 7-11,

Location(Bit far to BST), Old building,

It was first time to stay in the hotel. The place was not so bad and all the taxi driver know the hotel name, so it's easy to use a taxi. But the location is bit far from BTS. The building is not dirty but quite old. The break fast was very nice. We could choose a lot of food like thai, europian, american, and Japanese. Convinience store is just in front of this hotel and also nice park is next to the hotel. We could enjoy to have a walk in the morning.

excellent value for the money friendly personnel excellent location

air conditioner noisy room was a bit too humid

My husband and I stayed for one week at the Imperial Queens and it was memorable. The highlight of our stay were the relaxed evenings at the Imperial Club sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the complimentary appetizers. The staff was extremely friendly and anticipated our every need.

Travel tip : The proximity to the skytrain made moving around Bangkok a breeze. The Emporium accross the street was a pleasure to visit. We did not shop over there but enjoyed the sights and scenes over a cup of coffee.

Clean. Spacious rooms. In room safes. Fridge in room. Great pools. Great spa and fitness facility. Location to BTS Sky Train.

Doesn't have the feel of a Thailand hotel. When in the room, it has a "just another hotel room, could be in any city" feel. A very large hotel. I tend to like smaller hotels with a more boutique feel.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Imperial Queen's Park Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel in the big city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with an in room safe and mini-bar/fridge. It is on a busy street with many restaurant and massage choices. It also backs up to a beautiful park, great for running or walking in the morning. If an indoor gym is more your thing, the indoor fitness center in the hotel is great. Also the two outdoor pools are relaxing after a long day running around the busy street of Bangkok. I didn't use the hotel's spa but from the looks of it, it seemed very nice. One of the best features of the hotel is the close proximity to the BTS Sky Train, just a five minute walk out of the back of the hotel. The Sky Train gives you access to the Metro System and the Siam Shopping District as well as a stop right by the river. Just jump on a river-taxi and you are only a few stops away from all the major Wats and also the Grand Palace. I would recommend getting breakfast included with your room rate. It is wonderful with many choices, all very delicious. For those who like a small, quaint hotel. This hotel is not for you. However, if you want a clean room, with a very comfortable bed in a great location for city exploring, this is the hotel for you!

Big room and nice decoration, although a bit dated, but good amenities and nice cleaning service.

Food are not that great, lobby and the rooms need facelift.

The hotel is conveniently located and the price is right. It is right next to a beautiful park and a large modern shopping mall. A short walk, about 10 mins to the BTS (light rail) station. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room as well as a whirlpool. These are very nice feature, but do make sure it is included in your booking as they charged me extra 250 bahts (US$8) per visit. Room service is expensive and not tasty, recommand the food court at the Emporium Shopping mall, which is about 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Restaurant Tip : At the fifth floor of the Emporium shopping mall(10 mins walk from the Hotel), there is a very nice food court features both western and eastern food at good quality and very reasonable price. There is also a large supermarket on the same floor where u can buy fruits/drinks as well as fresh bakery.

Staff very professional and warm, everything always spotless, rooms very clean, great umbrellas to loan at the front desk! Internet very fast, headset available to use Skype, business center very large and clean. Had a conference there and it was very well executed. Extensive breakfast and brunch with great food and variety. Pool perfect temperature. Concierge knowledgable. Very nice to be near park and near skytrain.

Every additional service- VERY costly! Internet very costly, food very costly, drinks at bar also $$. Gym cost a lot of money too. Great deal until the extras were tacked on.

If you need to stay on Sukhomvit this could be the place. Great location (near very clean and safe public park, Emporium mall, skytrain stop) and impeccable staff, cleanliness. However, so many hidden costs! Internet, gym, breakfast, drinks all strikingly expensive compared to places 1-2 doors away. See above.

Shopping Tip : Definitely try shopping at the Emporium mall across the park- great English selection bookstore, Boots pharmacy, etc. Then take the skytrain anywhere you want to go- much quicker and cheaper than tuk tuks.

very good location, you can walk to skytrain and Emporium through the back door of the hotel to the short cut of the park and to the skytrain and Emporium within 5-10 mins, depends how fast you walk, but the gate of the park closed at 9:00 pm

the room is old, especially those one at lower floor, the rooms at lower floors has white marble flooring and the room is too pale, the higher floor has wood flooring so its warmer.

this hotel has tons of potential , super good location and its hugh, if the owner can use some money to renovate this hotel , its gonna be a super good hotel. But with this price , i have no complain , cos its not expensive and if you plan to go out shopping and eating all day, just to go back and sleep, its fine. Just wish they provide free wi-fi internet service.

Restaurant Tip : The Emporium's food court rocks !!! You can find many tasty food there.

This a very large hotel and is centrally located.

Nothing

I only stayed in this hotel for one night but it is very clean and well run. The staff are very helpfull and courtious and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is on Soi 22 which has a number of bars and resturants for those of you who like socialising. All in all a good experience and I would repeat.
