Took a bit to find the hotel as it is tucked away in a side street but I was pleased when we saw the hotel. It is modern with good facilities and the suite room we stayed in was really good, couldn't fault it at all. It is located near Terminal 21 shopping centre and near Nana Plaza which is good for bars and nightlife. All along the main street were market stalls where I bought momentos of my stay in Thailand for my home. I would recommend this hotel if this is the area you are looking to stay in.

Modern hotel with great service

Hotel was very modern and service people were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from BTS Nana station which is the only thing that would stop me from staying here again. One of the more comfortable beds and pillows I've experienced. There was construction which started at 8am and was disruptive. Rooftop pool was a bit small and not enough shade.

As always well looked after by the staff and as there is quite a lot of noise on the back of the hotel where new building is under contruction we were moved to front of hotel for remainder of stay so our baby and young child (includig myslef) could get some quiet sleep/rest. I have to work round the clock so the office that is located in each room serves my purpose and is great assett to have and can drop into bed once work completed before next call out.

Could hear outside street noises at night. Rooms was very comfortable. Soon in need of a remodel. Good breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Health Life spa is on Soi 13 - referred by Aum at the front desk. Great Thai massage for 400 baht.

It was extremely hard to get taxis from the hotel and especially if you are only going to the nearby places. However the hotel provides their own little carts if you need to get to the main road or surrounding malls.
Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff.

Overall a pretty decent hotel but the rooms are a bit dark and construction noise during the day. Room service food was below standard. Had issues with the shower not working properly. Had to wait 15 minutes running the water to get it warm!
