Location the best.
I love the location you do not have to carry heavy parcels too far.

I do not like the new policy of rooms available at noon. When one has had a long flight and is exhausted it would be more satisfactory to have the room ready on arrival.
Shopping Tip:
You can buy all you need in the shopss surrounding the hotel.

i always stay in and arround the pratunam area.
but i must say rateher pay a bit more and stay in the other hotels, to me the managers and staff have no personality and spoke to me like i was some unimportant another person.
the cleaners were very nice compared to reception.
pool bar crazy expensive and breakfast very disapointing.
the taxi service for the hotel( who have indra badges on) kept on pesterising clients for "better deal and we can take you there for good price nonsence"
i stayed in another hotel for 2 nights during my saty who were 3 star and amazing compared to indra( so much personaly, great staff , helped with finding taxis and suitcases (even took me to tsome markets)and always smiling)
Shopping Tip:
Go here for a good shopping trip - thats all

Great location and the room is big
The hotel is near the shopping area therefore quite convenient

This was my second time staying in the hotel. There's Mcdonalds and shopping centre in the hotel and great shopping area outside. Room was very clean and was pleasantly surprised to enjoy a great buffet breakfast where the selection was comprehensive. Overall I find that this hotel is the best.

hotel location is great with indra square shopping centre in same complex. room size and amenities very good and housekeeping excellent. great buffet breakfast.
only criticism is that wi-fi is expensive and concierge staff not very helpful at all. business center staff also not friendly or helpful. overall not a bad hotel for the price.

i've stayed at the indra before and would stay again. excellent location for shopping. good staff and nicely appointed rooms.on the down side, the wifi is expensive and the gym definitely needs a refit.

we have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. one of its great features was the lobby which had the feel of a comfortable living room. inexplicably they have now replaced it with an in-house mcddonald's which is a great shame.

I've stayed here before and will stay again. Nice room, excellent staff, good pool, great breakfast. Wifi is a little expensive and the gym could use new equipment.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Cheap internet cafes across the street. Good food fair in the adjacent market.

Everything was ok at Indra Regent hotel : very good location, very nice rooms and very good services. all the staff is very nice.
Only one thing I didnt appreciate : the buffet breakfast is very poor ! I paid for 3 and I used only 1 !
