Very convenient location for clothes shopping.
Very obliging staff. Location for shopping adjacent food court.

The fact that I return frequently to this hotel indicates my satisfaction. It is part of a huge shopping mall, and is surrounded by the biggest and most concentrated shopping alleys, markets, for reasonably priced clothes and accessories for adults and children. The new food court offers a big variety of dishes at very modest prices.
Shopping Tip:
Adjacent to the hotel are several money changers. I always find the best rates at the Western Union stall - much better than at the airport.

breakfast buffet could have had more choices though.
service was amazing, staffs were friendly and the best part was the location; so near to platinum mall! (bout less than 10 min walk)

We had a 3 nights stay in Indra and the English speaking staff has been most helpful when we sought for information such as the nearest Pharmacy, a local snack shop. The service is good even though the Hotel has been established for a long time. It is also relatively close to the City Link that ease our return trip to the airport. We are glad that we do not have to deal with the traffic jam.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is highly recommended that you get the Hotel staff to write/translate the address into Thai so that the taxi driver is able to understand. Good to buy a prepaid SIM card (200Baht)in BKK so that you are contactable.

Lovely serviced rooms with friendly staff. It is very close to the markets and very little problem getting to the weekend markets.Breakfast is a very good choice to suit most people.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
watch the taxi drivers. make sure they use the meter pink taxis are more reliable....don't let them take you toanother place other than your destination. as the guide desk what time shops are open as most don,t open till 10a.m.

great location, from the airport sky train beings close by to platinum and it malls being just around the corner. didn't need to go to mbk (though we did and still found better shopping deals closer to the hotel). though we found 2 cockroach in our hotel room and the be was rather very simple. if you are looking to shop and great location then this is for you.. if you are looking for comfort an great rooms then sorry this is not the place.
Shopping Tip:
all the best malls are close by. rather than going to mbk, which has become expensive, look around here for great deals.

The hotel was good, the required facilities were there around the hotel and the staff was ok not good, the overall hotel was not clean. The need to go for the fumigation on immediate basis. !!
