Great Location.. Very Ideal for Shopping..
very easy access to the main facilties of the city..

the check-in process was not smooth as expected. we were asked to stay until 2pm to have the room available. i had a flight over night long had no sleep at all. when i asked that i will pay (baht for 3 hours),, the room was available instantly.
it was very smelly all over the hotel esp the walk way..the carpet in the floor seems that it had not been cleaned for ages..
the breakfast choice was very less. the quality of food was less than expected..

Had a pleasant stay in Indra regent nice room n location well known hotel in pratunam. Wkend market everyday right outside the hotel. The only sad thing is wifi u need to pay for the usage.

Hotel is located right in the middle of the market area for ease of shopping, the staff were great- friendly & very helpful on all occasions. The hotel is a little dated but is in the process of upgrading, our room was clean & functional. The buffet breakfast was great, pool area lovely- only negative was the lack of free Internet connection, not even a computer in the lobby for free. 2nd time staying here, will be back again.

my husband & i were there for business purposes for our clothing & accessories label. this location is perfect & ideal. the room service is also fantastic, the junior suite is ideal especially if you are staying for a number of days. we've travelled bangkok and stayed in the pratunaum area numerous times. we normally stay @ the amari watergate, which is a 5 star hotel. honestly, even though indra regent is only 4 star. the amenities, staff performance everything all matches. there's many air cargo services within the area also, best to ship your belongings back if you are here for business or have done alot of shopping. take a trip to the chatachuk weekend market also. lots of vintage finds & new and upcoming thai designers.

Lots to see & do when shopping. If you are here on business or need to do a lot of shopping purchase a shopping wheel trolley to make things easier

good value stay in the heart of bangkok. i don't really need to write more, there are zero complaints from me. great looking hotel for mid century/modernist architecture lovers.
Travel tip:
The internet, if not included, is on a timed session basis - so, if you pay for 24 hours use, and only use an hour each day, it will last for 24 days.

This hotel is not in the top area but fantastic for shopping with the markets connected to hotel and outside hotel,and just 15min from shopping mall. Great service.
I do not reccomend their restuarant howerver their breakfast was superb catering for all nationallities.
Throughly enjoyed my stay there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not get sucked in by tuk tuk drivers or tour operators taking you to see jewellery factories, tailors etc where they get a kick back from.Or cheeper fuel for their vehicle. Beware.
Taxi service better and cheep. Elegance Tailor at the Hotel Indra is fantastic much better quality and cheeper.They also have a pick up service to get you there if you are not staying in the Hotel.I was taken to James Tailors by a tour guide and what a disarster. They poured on the charm but not a recommend by me.

The location is really great. Being allowed to use pool area before check in and after check out was a real bonus as this helped us kill transfer waiting time.
Shopping Tip:
There is a great market selling cloths and more across the road from the hotel. Also good food vending on streets aroundmhotel.
