Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location rooms was not up to standard
Location anad the landmark
6
I dont need 3 signage toninform me not to smoke in my room.
Beds have bed bugs. The room furniture was too old as i was assign to a executive floor where by the room was a bit run down . The management should think of refurnish such higher category room in order to maintan the 4 star standard. Overall service in the front office was good and hospitality , good location with no worries when i feel hungry.
Shopping Tip:
The shopping arcade was just everyWhere by walking distance. For shopaholic , you choose the ight place to stay.

Good hotel but not modern
Pratunam market is just walking disctance away, great location for bargain shopping
8.3
The best feature about the hotel is the location. Its located just minutes away from pratunam market ,hence its a great place to stay if your into bargain shopping. Some of the malls are also about 10 mins taxi or tuk tuk ride away Hotel was clean ,large but not modern as i think its one of the older hotels there.Breakfast is satisfactory , they serve an international breakfast.I noticed that there were many australian that were staying at the hotel.Staff will help if you request for help but they cannot provide personalise attention as the hotel is very large. Overrall i found the hotel to be good and will stay there again if shopping is on my list.
Travel tip:
Do not ask for advice on the best place to go to eat good thai food for example or any other recommendations from any one. Do your research first as almost every one gets a cut out of the place they recommend you to go to. You may get ripped off.

Great room on 15th Floor
Pool area great for R&R; staff friendly; location of hotel great
7.7
I had four nights at the Indra Regent - I used my time here for rest and relaxation and shopping. The location of the hotel, was great for me as a person travelling by myself, I felt safe walking around the markets and returning at night by myself. I could walk to the markets and shopping centres - and found all I needed within walking distance. The rooms in the hotel were comfortable and clean with the staff friendly. The pool area was great for that rest and relaxation, with friendly staff on hand. If I was even in Bangkok again I would have no problem staying here again, and would recommend it to friends, as this hotel was recommended to me.

i have stayed here in the past ond thought i would give it another try. the location is great and the price of a room is good but that is about all. every extra service costs a fortune in comparison to other hotels.
meals from room service rediculace and to use the wi fi
they wanted me to pay. just outside the hotel across the bridge i paid for an hour.
Restaurant Tip:
Eat in Indra Shopping center

Top Notch
Service was great staff friendly
9.3
Terrific location in Pratunum area. I have stayed in this area a few times and know my way around. This was my first stay at the Indra and I was not disappointed. The room was excellent, the maid service was excellent, cleanliness etc. was spot on. an english newspaper was delivered to our door everyday. the breakfast was good, the pool area was inviting. They have a giant Kloi (fish)pond near the pool the guests can feed although i didn't get the opportunity. the Ratchaparop airport link train station is within 100 metres of the hotel and it only costs 40 baht from airport to there. a lot better than 600 baht in a taxi if you can manage your luggage.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I highly recommend dining at some of the footpath street vendors, the food is cooked fresh for you and is very reasonably priced. the pratunum area is reknowned for being the garment area of bangkok and will not disappoint. there are bargains to be had everywhere for the savvy shopping who knows how to barter hard. laundry costs 50 baht per kilo and is ready the next day, lots in the area. I organise everything myself on the street at greatly reduced prices rather than in the hotel lobby tour guide desk.
