Good Hotel Very good location

We have been using this hotel for the last 7 years and are still satisfied with the service,the rooms are spacious and clean.We,however feel that the price has become rather expensive.We also feel that changing the lobby to acommodate Mc Donalds customers have created inconvenience to the Hotels own customers

Indra Square and surrounding market provide a good shopping experience

goid location for shopping paradise. most places within walking distance. only if you need to go to mbk or chatuchak you need to take a cab, tuk tuk or take a long stroll to siam ctr where you can take the skytrain

Great Hotel with very Comfortable Rooms

Checked in early and they were very accommodating and the check out we got an extension till 3pm since our flight was leaving late. Had a great stay shopping as usual was great so convient location.Foot massages right across the street. You can access this hotel by train from the Airport. Cost 40Bhat and takes 23 mins. We always take it. All in all great place.
Travel tip:
When you shop bargain and check several places before you buy. You get excellent deals. You will be surprised.

Our stay at indra wasnt a good experience. As the lift access frequently break downs. And accessing to the room wasnt as easy as thought. Breakfast was bad. Didnt have much to choose from.

The hotel is situated in a great shopping area amidst the very busy city. But rooms are very calm and quiet and also clean. Many of the hotel staff were very friendly but some of them were hot tempered. Good international food was there for breakfast though almost the same food types were served everyday.
Restaurant Tip:
There are several Sri Lankan restaurants nearby the hotel from where one could have very good Sri Lankan meal.

Location is definitely a plus for this hotel. Platinum Mall, Central are all within walking distance. MBK is a mere 2 BTS stops away. Also, the hotel is near to the airport express, providing an alternative form of transport between the hotel and the airport in the traffic-heavy city of Bangkok.
The rooms were rather clean and the space was enough for the 3 of us. Nothing much to complaint about the rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
If you are a seafood lover, please check out the roadside stalls in between Platinum Mall and Central Shopping Centre for the grilled fishes and prawns! While not exactly dirt cheap, the food there is still quite affordable at around 300 Baht per person. Go earlier to avoid the long queues at dinner time there. We went to the stall nearest to the Central Shopping Centre.

Thats my second stay at the hotel. Last time was in 2008. Thought the service has remain the same, I did notice a downgrading in room comfort. But still I find the hotel very nice and value for money. Breakfast is superb.

Good price for a great location.
Breakfast had lots of options. Rooms were comfortable. Close to railway line and market shops.

Check in was very quick and staff were friendly. Typical layout of a hotel room. Loved all the breakfast options and the hotel location was great with it being attached to a shopping mall and close to the street markets, money changers and railway station.
