close to night market, shopping center
the hotel is generally good value for money, close to night market, massage etc. The room is a bit old, but for this price, it's not bad.
Shopping Tip : shops connected to the hotel are quite cheap

Breakfast can be improved.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Shopping are all within walking areas. Example to four faced buddha, Central, Big C and platinum wholesale centre. 7 Eleven is also just opposite the hotel. Taxi is also easily avaliable. Dislike only the breakfast. Overall a good hotel to stay if in Bangkok.

Location,
Cleanliness,
Courteous staff,
reasonable prices.
AC not so cold,
area around hotel rather dirty,
not so generous with toiletries,
not much variety with breakfast.
Our stay at indra was quite pleasant. The reception staff were so courteous and accommodating.the bellboys and hotel guards were so nice and helpful. The rooms are huge and clean. My only problem was that the bath soap they supplied us was so tiny. How can you expect us to have a good bath with such a tiny soap!we were not supplied with lotion or cotton buds. The air con was not that comfortable. The hotel price is reasonably low and located close to the major malls. The food was okay though it would have been better if there was more variety. I would probably stay at this hotel again.
Shopping Tip : The walk to platinum malls is quite enjoyable. The stuff sold in the streets were so cheap. At night, the night market at the back of the hotel was a surprise treat to us. Most products sold were only 100b. Outside shopping, the thai restaurant behind the hotel was good and real authentic thai food.

Other than Agoda room rate, which was fair, there were not any pros. We were upgraded though (so we were told)
Staff not up to expectations in friendliness, for Thai hotels. Poor hotel location. Amenities were of at best poor quality.
This was the first time we have stayed at this hotel and it will be the last. The staff were not as friendly or helpful as we have experienced elsewhere in Thailand. The hotel location is not within walking distance of any Skytrain station so taxis are essential for access to and from, especially at night. We found bar and room service prices extortionate for this class of hotel. Breakfast and breakfast area were ordinary. Room itself was OK for a very short stay. But for us, never again. My wife said she would always pay extra for quality and location.

We love the big quite room with confortable beds.Just outside the hotel is a fantasyic shoppingarea. On sundays a small very cheep sundaymarket just around the coorner.
There is no aircondition in the gym. We miss a restaurant that is not so exclusive. The swimmingpool is nice and you get pooltowels.
Shopping Tip : Just around the hotel is a lot of good shops, specially from Bayoke Tower hotel to the left.

Location is very convenient to all amenities as is the service and courtesy of the staff. Breakfast buffet has a good variety which changes daily.
No complaints at all... we were very happy all round!
We at all times stay at the Indra Regent as the service and friendliness of the staff are great. Location is unbeatable and excellent value for money! Location is superb! We highly recommend this hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try "Dr Fish" close to the Hotel across the flyover... Great experience to clense your feet...Lots of fun and good value at 150 Baht!!!

good location, quiet place but still in town..that's so good. the room is quite nice, clean and feel comfortable. the swimming pool is ok, nice one. the staff is so kind. that's all.
the food in the hotel is over too much expensive when compare with the food from outside..it's over charged over 20 tims--- for example-- Padthai, rice with thai green curry chicken, it's around 700 baht per each.that's too much expensive.
good location, quiet place but still in hub of city centre, very good one. the room is nice, clean and quiet, that's really good. Only swimming pool is too small and the price of food in the hotel is too much expensive. however, we can go to get buffet at Baiyoke building on the 82nd floor..so superb..it's just 520 baht..cheap and can see view of bangkok from the top of building..just 5 mins walk from the hotel...so nice to stay here. i think i will come back here again for my holiday in thailand next time.
Shopping Tip : it's good for whom would like to go shopping. This hotel is wonderful. it's quiet and still in town. you can walk from the hotel to so many shopping mall around as hub of bangkok just 5-10 mins. that's so wonderful.

Location, price and friendliness
The Indra is an older hotel which some may not like but to me its a small point and doesn't worry me at all.
I have stayed at the Indra Regent hotel many times over the years and when I am in Bangkok I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff remember me and are always friendly and make me very welcome. The location for me is excellent and for those who love shopping at stalls and markets the area the hotel is in is ideal.
Shopping Tip : Marvelous location for clothing shops and street markets, wholesale and retail.

it's good to stay in this hotel for the first portion of holiday, as i can go shopping in many big shopping malls here. Also, it's a quiet hotel as well..but still in town.
the food in the hotel is too much over charged when compared with outside. Eat out is absolutely worth money.
i stayed in this hotel for over four nights. it 's absolutely okay. the room is quite nice and clean, and quiet place also, even it's still in town. it's easy for me to walk to so many places arround for shopping and get sky train. Also, i can get the top floor of baiyok builind, the hightest building of thailand, for my dinner..just 5 mins walk from the hotel...good to stay here, i will come back again for my holiday next time.
Shopping Tip : if u like shopping, it doesnot matter window shopping or real shopping, so, staying in this hotel is wonderful for this activities then.

Lovely presentation when arriving very pleasant staff,Rooms nice and clean. The breakfast was very impressive with a wide variety of food to choose from with very attentive staff and friendly.
I was very impressed when I arrived at the hotel. Fabulous service with friendly helpful staff. In a great position for easy access for shopping and very good value for money. The breakfast was very impressive with a good choice to chose from. I would gladly recommend it to any of my friends, relatives etc to stay there. Would definately stay there again.
Shopping Tip : The markets are just amazing with a great choice of things to buy.Even under the hotel there are hundreds of shops where you can barter and also close to the big shopping malls. Highly recommend.

Terrific location. great value. Shops and markets right at the hotel.
Internet was a bit expensive.
The location was great. Markets and shops were right at the hotel. A large shopping centre can be entered directly from inside the hotel. Not too fat to the Monorail and other very large apartment stores. Convenience store directly across the road from hotel. The room was large and there was no noise heard from the street. The room was clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Tuk Tuks and taxis always waiting outside hotel. I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Bangkok. Best value for money.

The hotel location and The price is worth
The studio type room is a little bit small for the two persons if they are not couple
It was a wonderful experience to stay at Indra Regent. The hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are very comfortable and they also allow us to check out at 2pm, this is my first and a very good experience for the advance booking through Agoda.com
Shopping Tip : Do not buy any thing with out checking the quality and price if you are shopping, the negotiation margin is there and ask the hotel staff for taxi fare before hiring it.

1)Location.
2)Shopping.
3)Breakfast area, open area.
4)Room size nice and large.
5)Friendly and very helpful staff.
This hotel is great value compared to other hotels in the area.great location for shopping, walking distance to siam square/world centre)and the pandip electrical centre, if you are after a bargain why not visit the markets a stones throw from the hotel.plenty of good food stalls and restaurants also in the area.
Very close to the sky train station for transit to the airport.(opens december)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you fancy the royal place area, take the boat from the river close to the hotel, cheap, fun and no bangkok traffic to put up with.

the hotel is locating in the central of pratunam market.
the hotel taxi drivers are a little annoying
the rooms are big for that level, the breakfast is rich and very impressive.
Hotel Feature Tip : cheack the mall inside the hotel, a lot of stores and cheap prices.
