It was good -- as usual.
Mr Prachoom - the bellboy manager was ( as usual) very helpful - so was the people at reception. The place is very close to shopping. Many muslim resturants around to cater for the muslim people.

It was good. However I noticed that breakfast was much better years before. The fruit and some of the hot meals took too long to replace. There was a very small range or no cakes at all. Breakfast used to be great but not anymore. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful but we were truly grateful to Mr Prachoom - the bell manager who was always around to help.

Great place to stay in pratunam!
It is affordable and a comfortable stay at a very accessible location in the shopping area of pratunam.

Indra regent is well known with most taxi drivers and its location makes it easy to find if u are ever in pratunam area. It is 3 mins away from the BTS station and 5 mins away from platinum mall. Pratunam market is at the doorstep of Indra regent. Taxi fares from the airport would be approximately 250bath, 15-25mins ride depending on the traffic.
They have a tourist travel guide located at the lobby. The staff were friendly and advised on the best ways to travel around Bangkok. Room services were prompt and friendly. The breakfast was average and the TV channels were limited but we werent in the room long enough to watch any good shows on tv anyway. Lots of eating places nearby especially Halal and Indian Muslim food stalls. Macdonalds is also located at the lobby!
Overall we were happy with our stay at Indra Regent and will definately come back to stay!

The Indra was a good basis hotel with a great position for shopping. It is good value for money although it has cut back with the amenities and service.Friendly and helpful staff, T.V. channels are limited. The air- con in the rooms is not cold enough although we were given an other room and an engineer came to make it a little cooler. For those who want to shop it is great.

Always stayed here because good for business, however recently seems need renovation especially shower toilet etc. My room giving us very small shower and they(Hotel)
did not repair in spite of our request.

Have stayed here many times over the last 15 years, however this will be my last. The hotel is now very old and tired looking, especially the rooms. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The air conditioning can't be controlled to your preference and is quite warm in the rooms, and this really makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Wi-fi isn't free. I won't be recommending this hotel to my family and friends anymore.
