Hotel lobby is on the ninth or tenth floor, but
the three elevators are always waiting on the ground floor, which means we have to wait just a little time.
It's good for the guests to use the washing machines on the ground floor.

The hotel is above the 10th floor of an office building so it's quiet. The suites are large but not really suites as they don't have separate bedrooms and living rooms.

We got an upgrade due to overbooking. Great view from our suite on the 10th floor, especially at night. How they attended their guests upon arrival was fantastic. Clean and big suite. I didn't like the breakfast very much. Too much of hot food and the waiters didn't seem to appreciate us.

- Shopping Tip : Money exchange is located at the first floor of the same building (mall) and ATM is located the opposite side of the entrance.

Best hotel decoration and service, and they think a lot about people who are staying at the hotel. Excellent hotel when heavy construction is finished.
- Travel tip : There is a small cozy 100 baht per hour Thai foot massage near hotel, about 3 min away. Good skilled massage staff, higher value than money.
