Old hotel and noisy aircond

I was initially given an upgrade to a suite room but the happiness was short life as the suit room was located in another building which I have to carry my big luggage by myself and climb the stairs! I was disappointed with the suit room as it was located just next to the skytrain and off course the traffic noise is free through the night. There was no bell service to help carry my bags and was made to climb with the bags which actually greatly disappoint me. Manage to ask for a change of room but the normal room was quite old and the aircond blower is very noisy, but when turn off then the room temperature became too warm. Just could not sleep properly for the 3 nights at this hotel. Please stay away from this hotel if we want a good sleep.

Very old equipment and expensive. Assigned room at first was very bad, so I asked to change new appropriate room. Internet is fine. But bath tub is so small. I could not relax in the small bath tab. Amenities in bath room is so poor.

We received an upgraded room to stay on the high floor with the view of Asoke intersection side. The staffs are very friendly. They offered us the separated password for our devices for free. Breakfast was in the buffet style with various choices. Hotel is around 5-7 minutes walk to BTS and MRT.
