Nice hotel
The buffet breakfast, the huge swimming pool & the room

Very good location, the hotel is conveniently near the shopping mall & also Siam bts station, easy to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful & nice. The buffet breakfast is also great, variety of choices & the taste is good. And I love the swimming pool very much! I will stay here again when I visit Bangkok next time.

Skip their buffet breakfast if you don't mind as there are better choices across the street in Paragon mall.
I'm a regular of Kempinski and I wish their management would do something to improve their buffet breakfast as it is the worst I had ever had among the 5-star hotels in Bangkok. The spread was small( I guess it is due to the limited size of the restaurant), their potato rosti/hash brown (which you have to order & thecook will prepare for you)tasted cold, old and dry, the asian/thai dishes tasted bland (which is a shame as asian/thai dishes in bangkok generally are tasty). They really should re-train the cook to cook more tasty food, and do somehting about the potato rosti.

Lovely hotel but room not suitable for babies

Beautiful hotel, great location and good service but the room we stayed in was not suitable for a baby as it was a very small room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only a few minor gripes - there were ants in the room and on our room service food, the room wasn't cleaned particularly well, the concierge wasn't very knowledgeable and the gold carts were never available when we needed them.

Check your food, ants are everywhere!

good location, lovely garden and pools

Stayed at residence, would recommend it anytime. The hotel's new, all works well and the rooms are very comfortable. Loved the lavazza coffee machine. Breakfast was very delicious, the buffet offering a great choice of all different foods. I will stay there again.

The most thing attracted me and my wife was the location of the Kempinski Residences Hotel,which is centered between the
most attracting shopping malls whithout the need for transportation means.The staff were very polite and helpfull.
The room was large in size overlooking the garden and pool.
Cleaness was outstanding.I will recommend this hotel to my
friends

fantastic and right in the centre of Bangkok
A real Five Star Hotel for service and accommodation.

we were on the 7th floor of the royal wing. the room was well equipped with all we needed.
there was free wi-fi good tv with an excellent selection of movies, mostly free to view.
breakfast was very good and varied.
during the afternoon there is a piano recital or a jazz player. there are bars near the pool and near the foyer.
the main parts of the hotel are very beautiful with art objects and many painting, creating a sumptuous atmosphere.
there are two restaurants one serves international food the other is themed by a michelin star chef from the danish restaurant kii kii ? hope that is the right name. the theme is thai with a novel twist.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get someone to explain how the lights in the bedroom work. There are two switches. Some are master switches others are resets, but it is not clear how you use them.
