Located in the middle of Pratunam, the hotel will make for an excellent base for a shopaholic.

The Chitlom BTS as well as the Siam shopping area is a short walk or a quick cab ride away. The hotel thoughtfully includes a foot massage parlor to help soothe the tired muscles after hours spent shopping, and exploring the city. The Indian Spices Restaurant on-site is open till late, and in addition to Indian food, they also serve Thai, continental and Malaysian cuisine among others. City center access at affordable prices is what you get with a stay at the Khurana Inn.

very flexible check out time..they are willing to give up to 2pm without any extra charges..and all staff are helpful. Since i'm doing biz some shops had to send all the goods at the lobby, yet they arrange it properly by putting all the things together at one place.

toilet!!..the water drainage system..always blocked..as for breakfast i hope they can offer slightly more variety

i found this is the best hotel for people doing business just like me.The location,room rate and service provided indeed suitable to my needs. Every month i will doing my trip there..and i'd tried few hotels in the neighbourhood but i still found Khurana is still top of my list!Keep up the standard of good service definitely u will be one of the best!

Shopping Tip : flea market just right infront of this hotel..n if u feel tired n need to have foot massage, just go next door!!

The location was smack bang in the middle of Pratunam, with stalls almost 24 hours just right outside the hotel. It was within walking distance to the Siam Square and shopping areas around there. Small but clean, with delicious Indian food served in the restaurant.

Reception staff could be a little friendlier and faster, upon checking in. My calls to reception were never answered?

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, being unsure of the hotel, but was delightfully pleased with it. The rooms are small but very clean, although when there was a storm, water seeped in. My calls to reception were not answered so I had to go down personally, but someone came immediately to wipe it dry. Breakfast was delicious, and they served authentic Indian food. The location was most convenient and ideal. My friend left her watch behind when we checked out, but when she went back for it, the honest staff member returned it!!! I would certainly stay there again!

Shopping Tip : Indra Square has many shops with cheap clothes, especially if you buy bulk.

it's right in pratanum.

more informative to international visitors on how the rooms work etc, main floor staff barely speak any english, main floor staff need to review customer service, advertising internet when it's quite minimal, rooms need to be tended to and cleaned even when customers are staying there.

you pay for what you get. i found the main reception staff to be difficult to communicate with, not even an average level of customer service - everything was easier to relay to "no". my room, in the 4 days i stayed, wasn't cleaned once. i then met someone (the manager??) who immedidately helped me out and made me feel extremely comfortable. i have rebooked, for a 2nd time experience. i'm not that quick to write everything off. i found the advertising of internet access to be false and it can only be received downstairs or in certain rooms quite near the wifi set up i would think. i just think the ground staff really need to review their level of customer service again and they need to know what's going on, especially when i had no idea you needed to flick a switch for the hot water to come on. I would like to review a 2nd time around of the Khurana Inn. I am not writing this mainly to gain reward points, but more so for customer feedback to the hotel.

Shopping Tip : the location is great for anywhere in pratanum.
