サービスアパートの一部をホテルとして活用。ステュディオタイプの素泊まりでした。BTSから徒歩5分ぐらいの立地で目の前はセブンイレブン、その他少しですが屋台も出ます。
アメニティは最低限ですが清潔な部屋でした。
フロントの対応も笑顔でいい感じでした。

コストパフォーマンスが良い、コンビニが目の前にあり非常に便利。交通の便もよく、ビジネスには最適。

スクンビット81の道が工事をしているため砂ぼこりがひどい。砂ほこりが出ないよう水をまいているのでべちゃべちゃ。靴はむっちゃ汚れます。
4月一杯で工事は終わるみたいです。行きつけのseven前のcafeも閉店します。

出張で１週間滞在しました。就寝のためだけに場所が欲しかっただけですので、充分です。場所もオンヌットなので、サイアムやプロンポンからそんなに離れていないです。
ひとつだけ残念なのは、大雨がふるとオンヌットからKV Mansionまでの道が冠水してしまうこと。これだけはどうしようもならないです。

駅からの道路状況、徒歩5分ほどですが、スコール後は、すっかり冠水して歩けない。
