the hotel is terrible, it feels and looks like a converted prison on the inside. absolutly nothing to do anywhere near the hotel . very unsafe feel and look also .. no internet in the rooms ... I will never think about staying here again. please do not go by the pictures they show you .. you will be fooled as I was

Appalling service,terrible rooms

I checked in at 6:30 & checked out at 6:35.
I tried to address the issues with the staff to no avail.
My hotel room was small,ant ridden,smelled bad and to top things off the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. This was without a doubt,the worst hotel experience ever. Reception staff were blasé/nonchalant and honestly looked like they wanted to be elsewhere.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid staying at this hotel at all costs.

The old hotel and bad location

I wouldn't come back this hotel again or recomment it for anyone
because this hotel is old and bad location include of the environment.
Interior of hotel is old which be difference from review photo.
In my opinion, the room price is too expensive. Overall, I weren't satisfied this hotel.

基本的にここはサービスアパートメントがメインで、部屋によってはホテルとしても営業しているようだ。
しかし立地条件が悪すぎる。スティサン駅から15分となっているが、4番出口を出たところから速足で15分だ。（駅の構内もけっこう歩く）
また、場所も分かりづらく、タクシーの運転手も自力でたどり着けない。（4回乗って、全部こっちが道案内した。。）
また、レセプションというものがなく、受付らしき所におばちゃんがちょこんと座っているだけ。また困ったことに英語がほとんど話せない。
モーニングコールを無視されたりと、ホテルとして考えたらありえない。
値段の割に部屋は良く、ラチャダーとはいえかなり奥まったところにあるので、あまり旅行者らしき人物も見かけず、付近の商店も全体的に安い。
なのでここはアパートとして滞在するのなら良いが、短期の旅行者にはおすすめできない。

インターネット接続が頻繁に切れるので、かなり不便。
夜中・明け方、部屋の壁を叩く音や部屋を走り回る音が聞こえてくる。
プールサイドの部屋の干している洗濯物が見える。
