Breakfast was great everyday and the customer service was outstanding. The staff is always willing to help in any way they can. By far the best gym around town. The swimming pool was a nice size to swim laps.
Rooms are quite small for the price when you compare to other hotels nearby. Barbers need to learn military hairstyles. Hallways need to be spruced up a bit, stain removal is very important. My stay at the hotel was quite an experience and the first ever in Bangkok, Thailand. The breakfast layout was by far the best around town hands down. The gym has to be one of the biggest gyms that a hotel would have to offer. The customer service was surely above standards as they tend to make your stay comfortable. However the rooms could have been a bit bigger and the stains in the hallway carpets could be a eye sore after a few days visit. The front bar lounge was great but the area includes smoking on one side and nonsmoking on the other, but the sm0ke still come across to the non smoking side so there's really no difference. The same goes with the Huntsman Resteraunt down in the basement. Smoke fills the place so it's hard to get comfortable.
Overall I had a wonderful stay and would visit again in the near future because of the breakfast, gym, and the customer service.

Breakfast, gym, customer service smoking areas, stained carpets, small rooms This hotel is and idea place to get around from. They offer the best breakfast in town and the gym is quite an eye opener. The swimming pool is very useful to swim laps and it has a wonderful view.
The customer service is one of the best I've ever eexperienced and would go back their today to stay again.

Ideal Location & Friendly staff Should have good Roof top restaurant serving Authentic Thai food. It would be added incetive to stay at landmark If you want to enjoy Bangkok fully then Landmark is the palce to stay. It has excellent location right on soi 6 at sukhmvit on main road. Its just 1 minute away from Nana station & all major eating joints. Staff is very friendly & welcoming. Its location makes the place more enjoyable. All major shopping centres like Siam Paragon, Central world, Zen & MBk are short distance from landmark.All shopping complex are just 2 station away from Landmark. Also getting taxi is very easy as its right on the main road.
Rooms in the hotel were very spacious & clean. Breakfast menu was very extensive to cater to almost all contries. I would definitely give this place a 5 Star for its location, service & Cleanliness.
Restaurant Tip : Opposite to Hotel Landmark, Thai sea food restaurant has excelelnt thai food at reasonable price. Its ideal for solo travelers as quantity is enought for one. I would say its must visit for sea food.
