Great central location, wide varity of hotel facilities, friendly unintrusive staff. Expenive, non-accomodating internet access from the room I stayed at the Land Mark Bangkok for 14 nights and also attneded a training course there so spend a lot of time actually in the hotel, the restaurant facilities and bars are great, the gym is a fintess first platinum but it could do with an update. Perferct location for the BTS Skytrain.
Travel tip : Do not use the Majestic Tailor next to the hotel near Nana Plaza .. poor quality and finish.

A little bit noisy if the room faces Nana Plaza I have stayed at this hotel numerous time since almost twenty years. So far I have never been dissapointed. The location close to the Sky Train as well as close to the highway is excellent. In Bangkok the location is very important if you do not want to waste a lot of time in traffic. And the service is as good as can be expected in a top hotel in Thailand. I can thus highly recommend this hotel!
Travel tip : Use the Sky Train if possible for trips within Bangkok

Beautiful Hotel.
Good Location.
Friendly Staff.
Nice View. The hotel is very nice and it has a good location. It has friendly staff. It is expensive. It is considered as one of the best hotels in Bangkok. I like the breakfast in the hotel. I like the laundry services. I really enjoy the staying in the hotel.

Fantastic location, great facilities and top notch service. Fresh air to rooms, carpets at floors lobby have seen better days Wonderful Hotel, I will allways use this hotel from now on!!

Good location, well appointed hotel with all amenities, breakfast excellent. The hotel room was fine but not as plush as the rest of the hotel with poor television. The hotel is in excellent central location with courteous and eager to please employees. Individual rooms were not as good as other areas of the hotel might suggest with old fashioned television in the room. Thoughtful provision of umbrella in room (often needed!!) Bars and other recreational areas excellent. Breakfast also was exceptional. Very enjoyable stay.
Travel tip : Note there is an umbrella in each room - you often need this in Bangkok.

Central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Liked the central location for easy exploring of Bangkok on foot (entertainement) and public transportation (close to several public transportation lines). Early morning check-in after an overnight flight was handled beyond my expectations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very extensive breakfeast buffet. Great hotel if you like to stay in style.

For first time visitors, you can rely on the concierge to give you accurate and important information.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Although tuk-tuk rides are very inexpensive and fun, beware of unscrupulous drivers with hidden agendas and be sure to wear a mask if riding for extended periods of time due to pollution and exhaust fumes.

The hotel and staff really left nothing to be desired.
The entertainment (singers etc) were very good.
All in all I would certainly stay again.
Nightlife Tip : Varied night life abounds for all needs with easy access from the hotel.

We have stayed many times at The Landmark and it was always good but recent improvments and renovations have made it truly excellent. The new bar on the lobby floor is world class and the Huntsman pub in the basement continues its high standard of entertainment. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in a lifetime of travel. Top marks to The Landmark.

It was brilliant to go to a hotel where everything just worked. The number of times you say of a hotel, "It was good but shame about the shower or television or air-conditioner, etc." Great.
Restaurant Tip : Go on, treat yourself at the RR and B.

The staff of the Landmark Hotel was extremely friendly and attentive. We noticed that they were quick to recognize guests and kept an eye in who rode the elevators. It made us feel a lot more secure knowing that there was vigilant staff.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Due to the imense traffic in Bangkok, it may be worth the extra toll money to have your cab take the highway depending on where you are going. For example, from the hotel to Khao San Road area it cost about the same by meter to go through local roads and the highway even though we paid a 40 baht toll. It saved us a good 15 minutes.

Lovely bar with free drinks & snacks. This was a very pleasant 2 days in bangkok, the location of hotel is on busy Sukhumvit road & it is easy to get anywhere by taxi or skytrain. The hotel is very welcoming, the staff offer very warm high standard of service. Rooms are comfy & nicely fitted out. The executive lounge is worth the extra money, the breakfasts are sumptious & in the evening the snacks are excellent.
