the hotel swimming pool has a great view, but nothing compared to the open bar on the roof! that was beautiful!

I would recommend this hotel to all types of people. the pool and gym are ideal facilities and the the bar is a relaxed place where you can feel at ease.
The best part for us was free access to bed supper accross the road!! The price is suitable for the facilities

This small and friendly hotel is located on Soi 11, which is an excellent base to see the city from, The rooms are a good size and clean and tidy, reasonable size bathroom with good power shower. The staff we very accommodating and allowed both an early check in and a late check out without additional cost. Overall good value for money, I will stay again.

Personally when I first stepped through the door of the hotel I was very impressed at its stylish design. Check in was very quick and easy (booked online) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. As soon as I entered the room I was at first a bit disappointed at its size however after settling in I soon forgot about the size and felt very comfortable and satisfied with my choice. Internet and TV worked great, bathroom - no complaints and the bed was very comfortable.
The actual location of the hotel was perfect having markets, restaurants, nightclubs (no issues with noise at night) and the skytrain nearby.
I will definitely be booking my next stay at this hotel.

Le Fenix is not bad at all
The hotel is located on Sukhumvit road which is very close to shopping area ..clubs and bars..really easy to get to the metro or skytrain station..One thing that I really like : they have choices of smoking and non smoking floor..and their interner connection is pretty fast..also if you stay there you'll get free entrance to Q Bar and Bed Club..those are really really ice clubs to hang out in Bangkok and they are just right across from the hotel

Over all I love Le Fenix hotel...It's located in the perfect area to get around ..walk around ..because Sukhumvit Road is one of the biggest tourist area in Bangkok. They have taxi service available at all time..and the best club is just right across the street.This hotel is good for both couples and family. The rooms are nice and clean..the staff are very very friendly.. I highly recommend this place
Shopping Tip:
Sukhumvit Road is a major tourists area so the people more likely to raise the prices of the stuff especially on the street..so you might want to make a bargain

This was my 4th time stayed in Le Fenix, and i was surprised that the roof top "NEST" club was very cool ! I am sure i will be back and staying there for my next trip.
Nightlife Tip:
Free entrance for Q Bar + The Bed with hotel room card key, 1 min walking distance.

Great once again

This hotel is practically my home away from home now. It is always efficient and convenient; if you want to be in the Sukhumvit area, I can't think of a better value for the money than Le Fenix. The greatest thing this time was that I was able to arrange for early check-in after a brutally long flight from London- thanks to Agoda for this, as well.
Travel tip:
If you enjoy Middle Eastern food, head over to Suk soi 3.

I wrote location in both pros and cons and the reason why is because if you like the night life and hustle and bustle then its right where you want it. If you dont like the traffic and noise then you might want to find somewhere else. I found it great for the location being close to everything but the traffic at night was too much for me sometimes. I would stay again but i wish they had a better pool.

This was my 4th time staying at Le Fenix, and each time I've had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful - and the hotel itself is very modern and clean. I LOVE the location - the hotel offers a tuk-tuk down Soi 11 to the Nana BTS stop. Near lots of great bars and restaurants. I recommend this hotel for people wanting a chic place to stay when the come to Bangkok to party, shop or socialize! Fun for friends, singles or couples. Would not recommend this hotel for children.
Nightlife Tip:
You automatically get in free (no cover) when you show your Le Fenix key card to Q Bar and Bed which are just down the street.

Hotel Fenix
Walkable distance to elevated train, that takes you all over town. Hip design. Pleasant and helpful (and cute) Thai staff. Very near some popular night clubs. A good place if you like to be in cities and surrounded by life.

I enjoyed my 2-day stay there. I could walk out into Sukhomvit(sp?) and immediately experience Bangkok. Breakfast was not bad. They had a lively happy hour in lower bar and they have a cool rooftop bar that opens later in evening. Rooms are modern and my room was quiet. Gym has a cool small pool with view of street. Reception helped me make some calls to a friend. Overall a very good stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Took elevated train to river tour and saw Kings palace, which was unreal.

Le Fenix - Good To Stay
Although we expect for free wifi but the price of wifi can say affordable. Good location, nearby to BTS and many hang out places nearby including BED supper club. Nice bar. Nice room, Nice Bed and room facilities.

Concierge is helpful but only 1 person is very active. Also we thought the hotel Tuk-tuk will always be there for us to go to BTS(Train), but most of the time the Tuk-Tuk out of service. Lucky the distance to BTS is quite close. We are happy with the free entry to Bed Supper Club. The electricity plug-in is good so we don't have to ask for converter.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you like to hang out at night, there were many places to visit around the hotel area, including BED. Also lots of restaurant. Taking train (BTS) is nearby and only few station you already reach Central World and Siam Paragon.
