Great location for people who like the night life.

Walls and carpeting are to be desired. The beds are way too hard and you can tell that they didn't pay too much for the mattress.

I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand and this one rates as average in my book. Unfortunately, the staff appear to be a little inexperienced and are quite short in the way they speak to customers. The location is good, entry into the QBar is free if you stay at the hotel. The rooms are basic and if you are able to get a good rate and just need a place to crash it's OK. If you are looking for comfort and good R&R this not the best choice. The restaurant has enough seating but the lounge with the high chairs is left to be desired as the seating is also quite limited.

Nightlife Tip : Bed Supper Club and QBar are on the same street.

Modern style, efficient, friendly staff, good location

Simple rooms, break-fast buffet 'so so'

Le Fenix hotel is located in a good area of town. Especially if you like 'up-market' nightlife like I do. Le Fenix is in Soi 11 (Sukhumvit) with places like the Bed Supperclub and good-old Q-bar. Close to Nana BTS Sky train (with tuk-tuk service from the hotel and free parking if you come by car. On the rooftop (The Nest) you can enjoy regular 'parties' or just a drink and fine snack. Trendy but simple hotel. I will go again.

Nightlife Tip : Rooftop at Le Fenix "The Nest"

Very modern design boutique hotel,Will come back and stay here again.

It located at end of the road, too far for walking from Nana station to hotel.

I like this hotel with the modern design,Nest the roof top lounge is a good place to hang around after dark.It has almost 80 channel in The TV channel,Even they have free shuttle service from hotel to Nana station,BUT they dont provide pick up service from BTS station to hotel,THIS IS TOO BAD.Great nite spot Q-bar just opposite hotel also Bed club(but long Q)

Nightlife Tip : great night spot just in front of the Hotel,Q-Bar,great trance music.

Great value for money, excellent location, friendly staff. The nest bar on the roof is very cool especially on weekends.

There is a lot of construction in the area, the pavement are could use some refurbishment.

I was staying there with my girlfriend arriving from a long haul flight early in the morning. The welcome was as always very typically Thai, warm-hearted with a smile. Everyone starting from the the saluting security staff over reception and room service is excellent. Not over luxurious but a very comforting contemporary design with on eye for the design detail makes any stay a good memory for every traveller on a moderate budget. The surrounding amenities, fantastic restaurants and thai massage places in less than a minute walking distance make this hotel my favourite address in Bangkok for any short or long stay in town. I can only recommend it and strongly suggest to check out the surrounding area at day time. Of course you have bed club around the corner wich is always good for fun and dance . . .

it is a nice place, the service is good . the address is easy to reach, near NaNa BTS.

the areas is quite small.

i think i will recomment this hotel to others, because it is a nice place , but if u have childs , it is not suitable for u.The smiimming pool is too small. u have two hours free inter-net services. if u have want to have further inter-net service , u need to pay but the charges is OK! The speed is also OK!

Close to subway station, modernized decor, and have good night time on bars, night clubs..

have to remind customers more detail of any kind of benefits or facilities that customers can use. such as "free entry" to Bed Supper Club via key card....

This is my first time to travel BKK and stay in Le Fenix. The staff in the hotel is nice and helps me a lot. The room is very clean and really suitable for couples. Living in Le Fenix, i can have "free entry" to Bed Supper Club. Can I have "free entry" to Q Bar...Anyway, it's good place to stay and experience Thailand...

Value, location and efficient friendly service

no negatives.. no travel desk there!!!

It was a good expeience .. the check inn was quick when i show the agooda voucher. Location is very convienent for everything. night life is nearby and some of the good bars and exotic resturants are within a walking distance. some of the staff lacks the basic english, find it difficult to communicate.Top bar is a good experience.Breackfast can be improved with mre variety. Not enough drinking water in the rooms.

One of the coolest bars in Bangkok is on the roof of the hotel, Bed Supperclub is around the corner and Rooms are really good standard for the price.

Slight damp smell in the corridors.

Stayed for 2 nights, reception staff were great, rooms were very clean and designed very well. The bar on the rook of the hotel is one of the best finds in Bangkok.

Hotel Feature Tip : Bring your ipod as they have compatible speakers in the room.

It has looked better Guest Rating: 6

Good location with regards to eateries and clubs. Decent price and good happy hour in hotel bar. Fun 'club' on top roof which is popular with tourists and expats alike

Run down. Room smelt of stale smoke and general mustiness. Small windows so lighting was dingy. Poor location if you want to get out and see the sights

This hotel didn't not particularly do it for me. I found the room dingy and fusty. Mattress were hard (which is actually a plus for me) and linen has definitely seen better days. Location good for those on a party weekend but not if you are an avid sightsee-er. Staff are very helpful. Happy hour in hotel bar - good starting point for a night out. Bed club is right opposite the hotel and your room key allows you free entry. Pool small.

-Great central area -friendly staff -nice rooms -very modern for those who like modern

-praticality of room was mediocre: no hair dryer or iron, no night table on one side, glass water bottle broke on tile floor, lack of hooks for drying bathing suits/towels

overall a great hotel. rooms lack a small amount of basics however i can't complain due to the central location and grea pool for cooling down after a hot and sweaty day outside! Will return to this hotel if i return to Bangkok.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a tuk tuk to go visit the Bayioke Hotel Sky Bar. Not too far away. It's the 28th highest building in the world with 84 floors! Great views of the city with a rotating platform on the 83rd floor!

Style, overall cleanliness, good location, club upstairs/outside, lounge inside, nice pool/gym, quiet room, friendly staff, free WiFi for return guests.

Expensive in-house food service, no hair dryer.

This is my second stay at the Le Fenix, and I would stay a third. The overall value is great for what you're paying. It's got some style and class, which makes coming back to your room satisfying after a long day/night in Bangkok. I couldn't ask for much more, really.

Hotel Feature Tip : It is a 5-10 minute walk to Nana Skytrain or Sukhumvit Subway Station. Just be careful as the sidewalks on this soi are cluttered with vendors and you will have to walk on the road.

1.) Clean and stylish :) 2.) Not a bad location, close to the busy areas and MRT station

1.) No breakfast - but Bangkok is very convenient to get food 2.) The pool was very very cold. Very awesome window pool, but too cold to stay more than 5 minutes.

Good hotel with reasonable pricing through Agoda. The check-in was easy and smooth. However, they ran out of single Queen and gave me 2 seperate singles. Would be nice if they could compensate by upgrading a bit or a free breakfast. The Nest is a good club to visit and crash for the night.

Shopping Tip : 3x 7-11 Convenience Store on the way from MRT Station - quite convenient

Location, Location, Location - its in Sukhumvit

The breakfast is a lil expensive and dents your budget more than you would expect it to.

This was my first stay in Le Fenix and also my first visit to Bangkok. The entire hotel is very modern, minimalistic and stylish. I wouldn't have prefered it any other way. If you are looking for luxuries and creature comforts Le Fenix is not for you. Locating the hotel is a bit difficult and took some time on the first day, but i got used to it. Overall its comfortable, and definitely value for money. It would suit solo traveler's or couples with a budget. The restaurant food was good and they do cater to vegetarians like me. However, 400 Baht for breakfast was to put it subtely, very expensive. The hotel staff is very couteous and helpful. I will definitely consider staying again at the hotel, but would opt for having my breakfast elsewhere.
