Impeccable service. Nice hotel and great location

Enjoyable and relax atmosphere staying in this hotel. Upon arrival I upgraded to the club suite on the 57 floor with benefits from The Breeze and others.
Will return to stay at this hotel.

Fantastic views and great staff
The view from the top was wonderful and well worth paying extra for a Club room

We enjoyed our stay so much that when we cam back from a week in Koh Samui we returned to Lebua for another 5 nights.

me and my husband went to bangkok for the first time. our trip to bangkok was great and lebua makes our first trip worthed it. the location of the hotel is not so charming if you want to go shopping. but where else would you go if the hotel offers literally everything ??

We had a premium suite on the 55th floor, view is fantastic, but we could not enjoy the balcony as it was locked for safety reasons. The room is very spacious, but old, carpet dirty and floor is dated and tired. Lack of character, just a lonely single pot of orchid sat on top of the shelf. We requested a non smoking room, but got a room with a strong cigarette smoke. Reported but not resolved. Other than this, staff is wonderful, polite, helpful. The pool looked lovely. Had a fantastic meal at Breeze on the 52nd floor.
Location, a bit far from shopping precinct ( i.e Paragon), have to walk to station then take the sky train ( 5 stops).
Will not be staying here again.

Best Hotel in Bangkok

I have been traveling for 5 years, and I have never stayed in an Hotel as good as this. If you can afford it, just do it!! It is amazing. The people are very kind, the morning breakfast is HUGE! All you can eat! Great gym, sauna and pool! The location is good because it is very close from the metro (train) which you can use to go everywhere in bangkok. Grat place!!!

We got upgrade to a big and beautiful room, lovely view!Love the restaurangs and bars... The service is perfectly, we are so happy with the choice,it's worth every penny!!Looooove this hotel, our nr1!!!

amazing hotel
has a roof top bar with an epic view

the room was huge, i stayed with a girl friend only for 2 nights.
roof top bar has an epic view. the pool was a bit small considering how big the hotel was. staff was helpful.
