I like the location of the hotel, the room layout with balcony, and the view. This hotel is very popular, so the front desk was always chaotic, which I didn't care for.

We upgraded to club level. Club level at this hotel is well worth the extra cost. Close to shopping, easy access to public transport. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Okey, but the staff was not good! I booked wrong month and when I arrived they where not willing to change the date! So I ended up to pay dobbel - very bad service. The hotel is nice

The Lebua was a nice hotel but very expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lebua. There were public transport options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The food was good but the retaurants, bars and room service were all too expensive. One frustration was that the lifts were too busy. The roof top bar views were incredible but it was not exclusive enough.
