very nice hotel with large rooms
good service with a choice of in house restaurants

the hotel is a little out from the main shoping areas reqiuring a taxi to basically go any were.but it was easy to get a taxi and the staff helped out very proptly.there is a robinson store within walking distance and a few other restaurants close by
be warned to wear smart casual especially if you patranize any of the restaurants within the hotel, overal the experience staying at the hotel is quite good if you dont want to be in the center of the enternatinment area and shoping stores,i would return for another stay

Great views, Lousy service
Roof top restaurants and bars, Excellent food both in terms of variety and quality

Did we have problems? yes. Were they resolved? Eventually
Internet in the room, would cut off. They had a problem with the electrical connection. It took 2 days and 5 visits by IT and engineering to eventually get it done. I told them the problem was with the modem, eventually they changed it and it worked. Phew!!!
On our last day we had to check out at 12:00. We requested a one hour extension. One measly hour. We did that 2 days before departure. The fornt desk staff said no impossible. The next day a different staff. No Impossible. We asked to speak to the manager. Of course sir it is only one hour.(that is exactly what we were saying all along)
The lifts!, The lifts!, The Lifts! expect to wait, so hope you enjoy the lift lobby, which is warm, humid and unpleasant.
Shuttle service to sky-train. excellent friendly and helpful driver.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Roof top and food. The only saving grace for this hotel. So the advice is: Stay somewhere else and visit for the great view, atmosphere and food.

Best hotel experience of my current trip
wonderful room, ample supplies, excellent service, fine amenities, good food
10
hands down best hotel experience of my current holiday break. though billeted in a room with a view blocked by the next building, this is compensated by the room's luxurious quality. included breakfast is buffet type and has a wide variety of food to choose from. Pool amenity is well-serviced. Went up to the Skybar to sample the ambience and the bangkok skyline as seen from Hangover 2. Hotel close to Robinsons Mall, restaurants and spas.
Shopping Tip:
Have your bespoke business suits done because they are very affordable here.

Rooms with a view and an amazing sky bar!
Sky bar; panoramic view of Bangkok from the room.
8.7
fantastic hotel. on the expensive side for bangkok and be warned- the restaurants, though delicious, are very expensive. the wine list is extensive but also incredibly marked up. rooms were spotless. the staff were always courteous and available. views are some of the best in bangkok.
note that the gym, while in mint condition has very limited cardio machinery.
the sky bar is a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
Restaurant Tip:
For the skybar be sure to adhere to the dress code- no shorts for men, no flip flops and no ripped clothing.

Huge Room amazing service
View, Room Service, Flowers, Shoe Shine, ect.
9.3
i went to lebua on a sunday. the place was not packed so they up greaded me to a 2 bedroom for just one person. it was so amazing i did not want to leave the suite i ordered room service. did laundry in the kitchen. took a long bath in the huge tub. it is perfect for a vacation reset. the next day i checked in to a small more affordable hotel so i could see the city. becuase with a hotel this good i would not want to leave the suite. the other to cons are the wifi did not has a strong signal in the bedrooms becuase the suite was so big and was coner suite, and the map they gave me had lebua in in the wrong side of the highway.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Splurge on fancy hotel one night. Then stay at your basic hotel. Becuase with a Hotel this good I would not want to leave the Suite and see the city.
