Nice staff and good breakfast

my wife prepared a birthday trip for me at this hotel.The staff is really nice.They provide a bday cake for me and upgrade ouur room. The room and view is really amazing too.Moreover, breakfast is really really decision.

the hotel was very nice but i think they was in the middle of making more room because half of the hotel was not open.
the food was great but be ready for a BIG bill
i did not think it was very wheelchair friendy

Great location for chaophraya boat trips

the hotel is good base for chaophraya boat trips as the pier is just short walk away. stayed in a suite 3br. spacious but rooms setting rather old fashioned.

Nice place, worth a visit

Generally the hotel was really nice and to the standard you might expect. We were made wait for 30 minutes at check in at 3pm after a long journey and this quite annoyed us both, but I'll assume this was an exception.
Staff are very nice and friendly. Room was spotless and well appointed and of very decent size. The breakfast was a personal highlight!
We didn't use any facilities but the gym looked adequate, even if the outdoor pool was underwhelming. The restaurants were excessively expensive for Bangkok and the hassle of dress codes kept us from bothering.
Overall considering the discount we got, we'd recommend.

Lebua is in very good location which easy access to Metro and Boat station. Most impressed was their excellent service. Room is nice as well and can get nice view from top floors.

the check in was smooth and personalised. our suite on the 51st floor had a great view. the suite itself was large and fairly well done up. breakfast every morning was sumptuous and catered to all tastes and cuisines. the overall service in all areas was excellent

stayed many times at lebua, but my return this time was purely, a dissapointment, check in was slow, was informed by the lady, that we were up graded, but only felt that were downgraded. we were check into a room with no privacy, and noisy, just right on top of the breeze restaurant, and the hotel had the brilliant idea, of making the room next to ours, for so called (all night crazy party room) , obviously at 3:00 in the morning we had to call the reception to complain, about the loud noise that was coming from that room. finally we paid to be disturb, while others paid to have fun.
Travel tip:
pay a visit to the weekend market.

this hotel was amazing, the staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you. everywhere is clean and tidy and rooms were cleaned twice a day.

over the top amazing hotel, service and facilities
Everything - the rooms, the service, the building, the restaurants, the location, the view!

This is the most impressive hotel i have ever seen, from the grand lobby and daily pianist, to the service of the staff, the very very impressive room size and amenities, the bathroom was grande, the bed was huge and the balcony and view were stunning.
The in hotel facilities - the skybar, the dome restauarant, the quality of the food and drink were world class - this was the most amazing stay!
Close to everything in Bangkok, a short walk in any direction lead you to lots and lots of attractions, shopping and experiences.
Loved every minute!
Restaurant Tip:
The Dome restuaraunt and the Sky Bar area must see!

Very cool hotel
great location, great views of the city, excelent service, fabulous breakfast buffet.

i enjoyed everything about this hotel, except for the fact that their club & restaurant "dress code" does not make sense. they allow men with sneakers or tennis shoes but not with expensive leather enclosed toe sandals, which are much more elegant than any old sneaker. also i was very disapointed by the fact that the staff at the sky bar would not allow me to take a picture from any other spot than the bar and they went as far as to step between the camera and me . . . very very rude!!!
