Amazing Hotel
Staff were so attentive and friendly
We had the most amazing room with amazing view. Hotel was spotless, food amazing in both resturants we tried. The bed was the comfiest I'd ever stayed in! Real 5 star treatment. Location is good. 10 minute walk from the Sky train which takes you all over Bangkok and close to the River. Plus free Wifi with no passcode. We loved this hotel and would 100% stay again!

Large rooms, Lots of space in two bedroom suite
Great location, very helpful staff
Great location with beautiful views especially the New Years fireworks. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. Close to train and longboats. Our room was a bit dated but nice.

Good big rooms, great breakfast, tourist trap.
Big rooms, serviced multiple times daily, great gym suite and fantastic breakfast
We couldnt get a table reservation for the breeze or pther rooftop restaurant, there was also no guest preference when queuing for the rooftop bar. We went at 6pm sharp when it opened, just had to wait 15 mins but still annoying. When we went up the view was spectacular as it was sunset BUT: you were only allowed to take pics from the bar which is a tiny area where you literally cant move for other tourists, cocktails are laughably priced £15-35, cheapest soft drink is £5 and atmosphere is frantic because of the hoard of people they squash in! They offer a shittle to the metro station. Location isnt the best, we stayed in sukhumvit first and liked the change but if youre staying 'riverside' there are better placed hotels that are actually on the banks. Concierge is crowded as desk isat thecheck in desk, prepare to wait

Great Hotel, everything was perfect

from the moment i walked in, they make you feel like a king or queen. expensive hotel, but worth it. spend the money on the tower club, it is worth it, and the views were amazing. best hotel i have stayed in thailand!!!

grand hotel with good service
the dome restaurants
the hotel has very friendly and polite staffs. very attentive towards everything. it's has good sky dinning restaurants like the breeze, sirocco and sky bar. the view on top is simply awesome. however what disappointed me was i reach the hotel at 2pm, which is the usual check in timing. they told me that my room won't be ready until 5pm! it was really a bad start to everything. every other things like dinning and using the hotel facilities were good. the next disappointment came on our last day of stay. despite checking me in late in the beginning, they insisted that i check out at 12pm sharp when i requested for a little time extension. seriously this 2 issue greatly turned me off at the start and at the end of our stay there.

Terrible Service Sour Experience
Nice view at the balcony from 50+ floor
we checked in at about 1030hrs and were told that the room was not ready. so we went to take a walk around the area and came back at 1200hrs. room still not ready and we decided to go to the club lounge at the 52nd floor to wait for our room. to our surprise, they refused to let us enter without a room number! i told them that we have checked in and they even deducted the deposit from my credit account (with receipt as proof). however, they still refused my entry. only after 15mins of 'checking' that they reluctantly allowed entry for me and my wife. i am also surprised that a 5-star hotel do not have staff and managers that can understand simple english. the suite has a large living room but serves no purposes. the living room does not have a tv nor near the window so that we can enjoy the scenery. basically wasted space that we pass by to exit the room. a very big problem was that so many people visits the dome at night, the guests have to wait and go up using a slow service lift that stops almost every single floor. all the other 3 lifts are for dome visitors. we can now clearly see how the hotel prioritise hotel guests. it even took me 8mins to go up to my room once.

Lovely hotel and welcoming staff
Great rooms and hotel facilities
We arrived Christmas night and were tired but staff were polite and welcoming and made the perfect start to our holiday. The room was amazing with good views from balcony and a amazing buffet breakfast. Gym and pool facilities were great to and staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stsy snd would highly recommend it to others.

To expensive and bad service.
The view and fireworks on New Year.
Lebua definately have to learn what service is. Everything sent wtrong from the moment we arrived. We got our suite 5 hours late. We were allowed to check In at 7pm. We were not offered anything to eat or drink during the 5 hours we waited. We had to argue with the front desk for 3 days in order to have a late check out. When we arrived to the lounge In 52.floor the staff were rude and not serviceminded at all. The only thing they really know is to charge you for everything.
