Been here nearly 30 days, expecting to stay only 7
Large comfortable suites, kitchen, best deal in bangkok, yet a 4.5 star hotel, fabulous
10
the service provided by the staff is incredible, the free breakfast provided every morning rivals the best buffets you would find in las vegas and i know because i go there often. and if you book you room through agoda, you get the best rate i have found. already i have extended my stay 5 times and booked each extension through agoda.

Nice Hotel, lovely room, nice staff.
Food and beverage very expensive
6
nice hotel, not so nice entrance, like a run down shopping mall. if your room was on a high floor, sometimes had to wait adages for the elevator. staff were nice enough but seemed to be far to many, staff everywhere. the food and beverage were extortionate prices, for a small beer, my partner and i had one small glass of wine and an orange juice in the roof top bar, it cost 1.260 baht, obviously we never went there again, how can they justify that price. you can walk along the street about 500 yards to topps supermarket and by a nice bottle of wine there for around . there are much better hotels in the area with more realistic prices. just a few hundred yards away ( 5 minutes walk near the sky train station) is the centre point hotel, lovely hotel where you can get a nice meal and a glass of wine only cost . i think i will be staying there when i come back to bkk.
Restaurant Tip:
Dont dine in the Hotel Restaurant, extortionate prices.

Great hotel, sensational service
Very well appointed hotel, great facilities, super friendly & helpful staff
10
Arrived to find our booking through Agoda had gone wrong & was not registered. Despite this, staff were super helpful and offered use of the hotel's wifi to check up on our booking & if necessary re-book. We were then offered access to the pool & health club to have a shower & get changed while our room was prepared.
Rooms are very well appointed and hotel is an a super convenient location to Silom Rd, the Skytrain and the Central ferry pier.
Food & drinks are expensive by Thailand standards, but quality is excellent. The breakfast buffet is sensational, and the cocktails and view from Sky-Bar on the roof are absolutely spectacular.
Highly recommended!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't spend 1000B or more per person on a private river tour. Instead, head to one of the Chao Phraya Express Boat piers & take these up & down the river for only 14B per person per trip.
